I’m an atheist, but I love the harmony that Greater Vision has.
My fourth baby was given a death sentence in the womb. Doctors told us to prepare to give birth to a still born child. Then she had not one but 2 knots in her umbilical cord (1 alone has a mortality rate of 10%, no research on 2). That little girl will be 5 months old in a few days and is perfectly fine!

according to the bible, Lazarus wasn't raised until 2 years later. also, in Luke 5:20 it says when Jesus saw THEIR FAITH (the men who carried the cripled man), he said man, thy sins be forgiven thee. this song is not accurate.

Once a wild preacher's daughter, rebellious has could be. I'm 52 and finally settling down and getting back to God. My biggest regret yet is not doing so and sticking to it long ago when God gave me kids to raise. I guess sometimes we can forgive anyone's sins but our own. Anyways...I am proud to be a believer and thankful for my Dad and my Christian heritage. Didn't mean to write a book. Sorry. God Bless Everyone
Karen Drake, Mellinger, Gendren, Drake I know what yiu mean. I did the same and now I know the shame of pulling away from God. But God is merciful as well as good. He through Jesus Christ forgave all my youthful foolishness. I didn't deserve his forgiveness. God is good. If I had died without returning to him I would have been lost and hell bound. I can't live without the Lord. I don't want to try.
Your example as a Christ-follower can still be a means of winning your children to Him. Be faithful and pray for them. You never know how God might work to draw them to Himself. God bless you.

I had 3 massive heart attacks in 4 days. 3 months later, a sudden cardiac arrest. Had a pace maker/defibrillator implanted. My heart functions are all normal now, no problems at all. Praise God, only He can heal us.

Jesus was there WITH us when our son was in the E.R. due to his hypoglycemia. Our son’s blood sugar would not go up to normal even with the medical staff working on him. He went into a coma no matter what the doctors & nurses did for him and his blood sugar went down to 23. My husband and I were there by his bedside praying for him and holding his hand for many, many hours, he looked as if he was only in a normal sleep. He was 3 years old at this time, and firemen, police officers, paramedics, nurses from the different floors of the hospital, and even the hospital administrator came in to see our son AND they ALL prayed with us. Finally the doctor and nurse came in with a syringe full of glucose big enough for King Kong and very slowly our son came out of his coma😊. He did not like finding himself in the hospital to say the least. After being there at 8:09AM, the doctors finally released him at 6:24PM. Our son still continued to have his blood sugar drop suddenly like a rock, even to this day, and he is a grown adult now.

This isn't really the genre/style of music I generally like, but I love the song. The music and singing have a lot of energy, but really it's the lyrics that get me. Unlike most popular contemporary Christian music which has positive but somewhat shallow lyrics, this one tries to teach us something by making a parable out of a historical biblical account.
Watch the POA and the song I Am, or Revelation or the many others that the Pentecostals sing at Alexandria.

all I can say about POA is that you need to be instructed by our Lord Jesus Christ who will teach you all things by His Spirit not man see Jn.1:12-13 and Jn.14:26 seen in Jn.14:18 and Jn.8:51, Jn.15:26 and all of chapter 16 & 17 remember Jn.6:44-47, Jn.14:15 and Mk.4:4 and Jer.31:31-34 Is.54:13 and Lk.11:28, seen in Jn.8:47, we do not have to go through a five fold ministry that is not biblical at all but part of the Nicolaitan Cult of the Papacy which is to lord over the presbytery, which none of the Apostles ever did! GaryLordsWayMinistry Sir, I don't know if you have ever been to the POA, but our convictions are not in any way a theology that is systematic like a trinity church.We are under the organizational structure and guidance of the United Pentecostal Church International, but as far as man telling us what our convictions need to be, that is not true. I do not put anything in my house to practice unless I read it, and are convicted of it.

probably the song that made rodney most famous. while i love this song, i think he had songs that should have been considered just as great. when he stands up and he turned and showed me all the faces come quickly to mind that are at least as good if not even better. this is probably his first one that got him many awards, and probably the one that most people here they know who sung and wrote it. i heard gerald wolfe say one time that he wasn't sold on the song he first time rodney sang it for them but thought wellllllllllllll.................. we'll let the crowds decide............. and "got stuck singing this every night we perform for the next 30 years." knowing gerald he was probably giving rodney a rough time but does make a good story if true.

Got a notice to call Anderson Univ. today. They are doing a double book (?) about alumni memories of AU. As I told her, besides home, Anderson was the only place I was ever homesick for. I also mentioned Dr. Sling Fanny. Anybody old enough to remember her? She was one of my favorite teachers. Anderson had so many great teachers. I was so sad when I couldn't go back for my Jr. and Sr. years.

What a NAME! I have had the same miracle work in MY life. My heart stopped while I was at the drive-up window of Walgreen's. By the time the EMT's and others got me out and finally after the NINTH attempt, I came back to life after 11 minutes! That was in April 2011! But I would say I'm doing pretty good NOW! I got my private Pilot's license, I became a licensed funeral director, embalmer, and coroner after I got married in 1981. But before that I travelled with Evangelist Maurice Hart as his organist during the summers. During the school year I was my father's organist and had Hammond C3 with two Leslie's and a synthesizer on top of that! Then in 1991 my father died of a heart attack and I then gave up the funeral business and became pastor. But now I know something that every Christian wants to know! That Christ is coming back in less than three years! Just read 2nd Peter 3:10, that night is not on Dec. 31st either! Sincerely, Pastor C. Lionel Gruver

+joshua rivas The words of the song at the beginning state this is not a fact based song, but rather that they are just using these miracles and putting them altogether in a group using the healed individuals as a basis for the song as what they might have said if they could have been in this scenario & been talking amongst each other & on the behalf of another who needed healing...like what might have happened if the scenario had taken place & that's why they state it that way at the very beginning of the song.

Sometimes one misses out on many blessings when one looks for all the reasons they shouldn't be blessed whether it be from a song or the singer, a preached message or the preacher. We are much happier when we don't judge our neighbor and keep ourselves looking in our own looking glass. If someone is in the wrong, it's not our place to point them out but pray. Christ said he that is without sin cast the first stone. My opinion there is a great message in this song. The story line doesn't have to be all in order. It's the end story that comes out of it.
