Thank you for sharing your trip experience. I'm considering this same itinerary for winter 2025 and wanted to ask if you think it's suitable for older adults in their late 60s and early 70s. Will there be a lot of walking involved during the sightseeing excursions? I appreciate your input!
@@jhyoung5270 Thanks. There is a lot to see, however we found taxis/bolt taxi's were generally very cheap compared to say Europe, so if you do not plan to walk too much then this is also a very good option for getting around.
Hi, no visa needed. We boarded from Abu Dhabi, UAE, and there we had to hand over our passports to officials which were then kept see secure on the cruise ship. At Bahrain there was no passport control, we just had to show our msc cruise cards. Later once we disembarked at Abu Dhabi we were given our passports back.
Thanks for sharing your experience. I’m planning for a trip on this cruise departing from Dubai but lots of negative review are putting me off. Do you mind sharing what ticket class you booked and which date you were scheduled on this cruise? Cheers, Elise
We traveled mid-December and booked an interior room. It was a standard msc room similar to World Europa. Ship was nice, just it got very busy in some places as the ship design meant people weren't really spread across different parts of the ship. Apart from that it was fine.
Excellent video. Very professional. Good camera work. Thankfully no Face Shots or Nasal Views.
Thank you very much! No nasal shots on this channel!
@@geok1986 Thank GOD. Many vloggers want to show me their nasal passages.
Yeccchhhhh.
How long did you get to spend in Dubai. Or cruise leaves and finishes there?
We had an over-night stay in Dubai, so we had 2 days to enjoy there.

Was there passport control in Bahrain? If yes, did you need a visa? How much was that? 😊
