Land and Mind - Our Treasure (Tanah dan Pikiran - Harta Karun Kita)

These are the stories of Arni & Pinuk and Masrul & Haslinda, two cocoa families from Luwu Timur (South Sulawesi), Indonesia. They are amongst the successful beneficiaries of Equality for Sustainable Cocoa Production (ESCP) Project delivered by Swisscontact and Cocoa Sustainability Partnership (CSP), funded by SECO and Rainforest Alliance.
The Project focuses on enhancing equal participation between men and women in economic and non-economic activities to improve the livelihood of smallholder farmers that support sustainable cocoa development.
Gender Action and Learning System (GALS) methodology provides tools for the champions farmers to analyze their conditions and develop action plans to achieve their vision. It was implemented in partnership with MARS in Luwu Timur district, South Sulawesi. (February 2019 - November 2020)
