    Use a couple bobby-pins they’ll keep it secure but you did a good job. Place a plastic cap or bag on your mannequin head so it doesn’t stick.

    Jus added wig clips to mines and it stayed on the whole day. You did a really good job

    Place a plastic shower cap on your wig stand first and then your wig cap the next time you make one. You did a great job hunny!

      Well I made the wig and just like you, mine didn't fit my head 🤔🤔 it was a cap that I already had from a previous wig that was too heavy again thank you for sharing your talent with us 👍🏾👍🏾

    Use 2 wig combs one in the back and one in the front will help hold it on

    You can buy some wig clips from the beauty store and sew one at the front and one at the back to secure it well. Thanks for the tutorial I will sure make one of rhis👏🏾👏🏾

    Braid ur hair in circle sew the cap down to ur head it work I do mine like that it stay until take out

    Its cute..maybe secure it with some bobby pins or next time use a cap that comes with clips. I'm gonna try this using a crochet wig cap with clips.

    Not sure if someone said it but a put a shower cap on block head before gluing to prevent it gluing to the block head

    Nice! Maybe a cap with adjustable straps would’ve work as far as it being more secured. Other than that you did a great job and you look very nice with that style.

    What size is your manikin head? Measure your head and then make sure the manikin head is two sizes bigger. If you do this because once you place that hot glue on the cap it will not stretch. That could be the reason why it didn’t feel secure and it kept slipping

      Thank u so much! That makes sense. I hadn’t considered that! My mannequin is 22.5” so I should definitely take ur advice cuz my head is big anyway. Lol. ❤️

      I’ve never tried it, but I think it would if u were to use the mesh wig cap instead of the satin smooth one. U can also try fabric glue. They have it at Walmart. It holds very well.

    I’m very new to wigs. I have a mannequin head but what is yours sitting on while you make your wig?

      I used a regular standard canvas mannequin block. I got it from amazon. It also includes the tripod. Don’t make the mistake I made & glue the hair down without a protective barrier tho! Glue sticks like crazy to that canvas. Be sure to put a shower cap on your mannequin before you glue onto your wig cap! 🤗

      Roshonda Jackson I used 2 whole packs. I should’ve used 3 tho because I ran out of hair on the last two pieces... So I ended up having to make 2 handmade braids.
