There is no fast way unfortunately, best you can do is simply stack all the bonuses (its still slow though) +5% for playing in a party (just a duo is fine) +5% for exp potion +5% for monthly pass +15% for 3 starring the stage So +30% is the best you can do. It's not even possible to whale for exp, you can whale for power (by getting all skill dupes early), but you can't whale for progress.
