Nice lactea!! I really like the different varieties of these, I have the green one like yours which is finally regrowing after it froze a few years ago. The lactea variegata"white ghost, a white with pink crest, a speckled green&white crest, a piebald crest (green with white patches) and a green crest that our secretary at work gave me that she had in the office window for a few years and was afraid it would die there cause it never grew, now it has!😊. I love the lacteas!!! Great video ! Really enjoy your collection! Always awesome to look at!! Thanks!😊👍From Morris park in the Ozarks to the U.K. and Singapore have a safe nice weekend!!!! Peace,Love,Plants✌💖🌵🌸🌴🌹🌿
Thank you Clyde 😊 I have a green/purple crested one and my mum has a variegated crested one. I was never keen on them to begin with, but they’ve definitely grown on me over time, they remind me a coral. Edith has the white ghost one, I absolutely love that one. Thank you for watching and commenting as always my friend, from Edith & myself to you and Deb, be safe and well and have a wonderful weekend 👍🏻🌵☀️🌸🌼🌺🏜
Alain Fortier, thank you 😊 It should hopefully do well in this pot, plenty of room for its roots. Thanks for watching and commenting, be safe and well 🌵☀️🌼🌺🏜

Yes ,a most enjoyable vid again, and thanks,I do have a couple of lactea Euphoria, Or Euphoria lactea, that are flying a long growth wise, but are in a coconut coia?. To a newby it's quite hard to change a substrate that is simply doing its job??? The reports have got to take place as the roots are 40 mm (1inch and three quarters) Out the bottom of the pot. A bit more information from you and others will help me make my mind Up soon, thanks again, Bill.
When roots start coming out the drainage holes that’s usually my cue to repot a plant. I’ve found Euphorbia aren’t really fussy about what they grow in. All my Euphorbia are in pretty much the same type of mix my cactus are in. If yours are happy with their substrate then I’d personally repot them into the same type. Thanks for watching and commenting 🌵☀️🌺🌼🏜
That Euphorbia has grown huge, Sweetheart. 😱 high time for repotting. 🤣 I loved the pot your mum got you. The sloth is so cute. 😍 The scoop did its job well too. 😂 Now I know that even the roots have sap in them. 😱 Good thing I didn’t damage the roots of my Euphorbia trigona rubra when I repotted it last week. Well done on your repotting too. Although I would’ve probably used gloves. 🤣 That plant will love its new home. The lava rock top dressing just makes it so neat and “finished”. Thank you for sharing, Sweetheart. ❤️🤗🥰😘❤️
Thank you my love 🥰 Yeah it’s grown very well in a short amount of time, it’ll probably put out a lot of new growth this year now. Glad you like the pot, was perfect to use for this plant. I wasn’t sure about the sap being in the roots, but now we know haha. I never use gloves as you know babe, unless it’s hooked spines then I might lol. Thank you for all your love, support and encouragement always my love ❤️🥰🤗😘❤️
Wow, the patience you have in removing all the soil in that root ball! That is a cute pot. Although your euphorbia is no sloth when it comes to its growth. 😁 When are you moving your plants out in your greenhouse?
Haha thank you Ana, no sloth in its growth at all 😂 It’ll probably grow another foot this year now it’s been repotted! I’ll be moving plants into the greenhouse as soon as the risk of frosts is over, April can be a weird month in the UK when it comes to the weather and even May can be as well. Maraming salamat po sa comment at sa panonood always Ana, from Edith & myself, be safe and well and have a lovely Easter Sunday 😊🌵🌼🌸🌺🏜☕️
Hi!! I have a big Euphorbia just like yours, mine is around 3ft tall. I kind of inherited it from my grandparents so I’m not sure how old it is. But I’ve had it for a year now and it hasn’t had any new growth. :( So I am just curious as to how much sunlight you give yours and what fertilizer you use (if any).
Hi there, this one is on a south facing windowsill so gets a good amount of direct sunlight. I’ve noticed with some Euphorbia is that they can seem to not do much for a while and then all of a sudden put on a growth spurt, sometimes quite rapidly. This one is now doing just that. As for fertiliser I use osmocote, a slow release low nitrogen food. Thank you for watching and commenting, have a great day ☀️🌵🌼🌺🌸🏜
Thank you, glad you enjoyed. I have a soil mix video on my UA-cam channel and see you’ve already commented on it, will read your comment now. Thank you for watching and commenting 🌵☀️🌼🌺🏜
Patricia Lisowski, haha yeah it’s a rapid grower. I’m expecting it to put out quite a bit of new growth this year now. Thank you for watching and commenting, be safe and well 🌵☀️🌸🌼🌺🏜
I just inherited a euphorbia that is over three feet tall and, at its widest point, is easily 18” around. The folks who gave it to me said it has not been repotted in 12 years, but it seems incredibly happy since I got into a very full sun situation. It is in full flower and just covered from bottom to top and looking so healthy. I know it has to be repotted, but should I wait until fall, or do it now? Or does that matter at all? Loved the video, but can’t believe you don’t wear gloves! :-)
That sounds like an awesome looking Euphorbia. It’s best not to repot cacti and succulents when they are in flower, and always best to repot during their active growing season, spring and summer. If it’s happy enough right now you can always wait until next spring before repotting it. Haha I rarely wear gloves when repotting, the only cacti I won’t handle with my bare hands are the ones with fish hook spines or glochids. Thank you for watching and commenting, have a wonderful day 👍🏻🌵☀️🌺🌼🏜
Euphorbia lactea does have tiny yellow flowers, but they very rarely flower in cultivation and usually only in the wild. Thank you for watching and commenting, have a great day 🌵☀️🌼🌺🏜
