It's called steal some premade team logos from whatever team or mascot you like make it ryme with the team location like they did. Put the design and text together onto a PDF file take that and whatever jerseys or t-shirt you want to wear. Take it to a t-shirt screen printer or embroidering place and get them made. Not that hard just need a computer and some money.
