Love this....i subconciously have been living the cooper since my mid 20's....always scanning my environment without stresss but awareness and intuition always present. wow thank you so much for this feeling good
I watched a surveillance vdo from China of a woman walking on the street by the river at night and she was busy looking down to her cellphone and fell right into the river. She was struggling in the river for a minute before slowly drown. It's so painful to watch.
I find that unless you grew up in circumstances where you were forced to be street smart or decided to learn street smarts after an adverse situation, most people are more interested in learning about many other things like fiction, philosophy, and/or theory as long as they don't have to test it.
Reguarding the woman drowning in front of a video camera, the average sheep would be shocked and ask why the person watching the camera didn't call the cops or try to save her. SMH...
The joke of it is that the vast amount of cameras are not being monitored constantly, they simply record and if you have a need to see if something happened later, you go back to the time and date and review the recorded footage. And hopefully the camera is real or is pointed in the right direction at the time.
I was taught "Situational Awareness" and use it all the time - It has saved me many a time when things suddenly cropped up. I like this extra OODA loop concept and will definitely incorporate it into my scans when I'm out in the world... Always something to learn and improve on ;>)
Way of the SEAL was life-changing for me for a few reasons, and one of them was inspiring me to consciously increase my situational awareness. I'm more confident and better prepared than I've ever been now.
Great video. I am a EX Navy SEAL wannabe an now at 54 just a Navy SEAL groupie. Lol. I attended SCARS in Arizona back in 93 an still remember most of it. These color phases were discussed then an I still use it today. Never got to become a SEAL warrior though. Got stuck on a boomer submarine. Boring. Lol
You dont have to be a former seal to learn from one, l like to always sit with my back to a wall ,not 100% foolproof but it helps. I do scan for problems but l will admit those feelings like you are the only one who knows something is going to happen, nothing happens. It's better then having you head in the sand though. Thanks.
We run a couple of weekend long academies. One is called the SEALFIT Performance Academy and the other is the Unbeatable Mind Immersion Experience. Both take place in San Diego, CA. You can find more info on SEALFIT.com or UnbeatableMind.com

WOw. Thank you for this video Sir..
It's amazing how many people don't know this.
How do you know if you avoide an incident if it didn't happen?
Orange is not “threat identified” it is “possible threat identified.”
Thank you !!
nice thank you

He didn't mention black??
This the truth. It's almost futile trying to get people to wake up to this.
What about BLACK????????
I know this is random... Hypothetically, if I were to get shot, would taking any sort of pain pills be advisable?
Yeah just take a couple Tylenol PMs and get some sleep. When you're dreaming and see a bright light, go toward it. Hope this advice helps!
THANK YOU SIR. I'M IN THE RED!
Financially in the red, not mentally.
It's unfortunate SEALfit has no Eastern Seaboard representation.
Agreed! That should change
who what where when which why how.
I hate that word sheepdog its a shepherd dog not a sheepdog .
It's called you being a pussy, not a man.
