Did it occur to you that maybe they didn't want to? i doubt a 99 year old Indian man wanted to sit under blinding, hot stage lights being a spectacle for white people for one second more than needed.
@@maxdecphoenix Looks as if we are both making assumptions. I'm not buying yours, as it's awash with a load of virtue-signaling horse shit, not horse sense. They were not on set, so the host should have indicated the reason. As a viewer, I'm asking, "What's up with this change of affairs?" Speaking for myself, if I spend the time and effort to be on a show, I intend to see it through. Consider "The Tonight Show", there have been instances where scheduled guests were bumped by producers with no explanation given. People assume time constraints. It's possible they were informed before hand that they would be on one set, but the flow of the program was a bit awkward, leaving questions and concerns.
@@noelnewlon You don't know much about this show, do you? They never had guests stay longer than their segment. They actually stayed longer on this episode than they ever did normally. This was a panel game show not a talk show. This happened to be a special "themed" episode, which might have thrown you off. Also, they clearly needed more room for the stunt in this segment, so I really don't know why you overreacted to the guests not being on set for this part. Did you expect them to make the old people get up and move out of the way during the broadcast so they could race the horses? They clearly needed the whole stage for the stunt and couldn't have wasted time moving all the tables and people just so they could stay on longer when they weren't needed.
