Se puede hacer pero en lugar de una bobina de ferrita se utiliza un transformador y un circuito diferente con un 555 que te de una mejor oscilacion hay videos de como hacer este circuito en un canal llamado construya su videorockola lo hace tipo ups es muy buen video bro exitos

I have a doubt, like those black thingies are transister, and they have the property of switching as well as amplifying, i believe that the toroid is doing the V amplification and those transisters are switching the circuit on/off at certain frequency, but without any IC, umm, justification needed!
The devices are MOSFETs which most inverters use nowadays. They take very little "gate drive" voltage to switch the output. Very low "on" resistance, so relatively efficient/cool.

It won't run on pulsed DC because both field windings will energize at the same time with the same polarity. They have to alternate for the motor to work.

I guess the frequency is too high so we cant use it with inductive and capacitive loads . we can just use it with resistive loads .
