I WANT IT ALL...I'm glad I found this video, I must be on the right track because at one point or another I have sacrificed or I am sacrificing pretty much all of those points. I either get where I want to be or I'll die trying. It's a promise!!
At 50 I'm starting again, from behind scratch. A divorce and an unstable life took its toll. But now I'm ready to start again. I'm going to prove that it's never too late to start again. By 60, I'll actually be able to retire comfortably. So, let's go....here's day 1 and we're off and running. I'll check back in in a decade, let you know how it all worked out:-)
So true. I left my parents, rent a house in a very quite place in a developed city, quit all social lives (not to mention social medias), the only things I kept was running everyday and working on my projects. Failed and nearly bankrupted twice. 5 years later I'm earning $100K/month. And I just had a cute baby at 31 with my lovely wife. I'm not in the US but such sacrifices are really needed wherever you are.
Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. The stock market has plenty of opportunities to earn which I myself took advantage of. I made my first million from going diverse, mainly ETFs(stocks, bonds etc), crypto, and gold. I'm also working on an investment plan that includes NFTs with my advisor,Kelvin Maorgan. It's been a year and half of steady growth.
@@loganchloe7182 You have a point, lately I found out that we have lots of opportunities to become financially free but most times we let this opportunities pass
Just like bitcoin, got to know about bitcoin from a friend 6 years ago but didn't see any reason to invest it it then, that's one decision I regret everyday
@@burjkhalifa1718 exactly, bitcoin has lots of potential but people prefer keeping there money in banks than investing. From my research nobody became super rich through savings put that money to work

Sure, but like the end of the video says, it's only temperary. So you work hard for many years by yourself to get a good amount of money, then you get to marry a man or woman 30 years younger than you who loves you only for your money, then you can die of old age before you can hold any of your grandchildren. Sounds great, huh?
I’m 24 years old and very ambitious. After watching this I’m realizing I already do most of these things. I’m already on the right track to being rich. God bless 🙏🏽
Don't destroy yourself, all what the video talked about is bullshit and nonsense, watch this please if you want the real way to be rich ua-cam.com/video/TcNpoc-lF0M/v-deo.html
Please do not do those sacrifices. If you find a right woman, you both can work for the goal and still have children. All it requires, is to own your home and prioritizing the use of money a bit (not to buy the stupid crap but invest instead, baby gadgets can be bought second hand etc).
Hope you are out the struggle now brother! If still in the car I recommend attempting to get a sort of housing voucher (through shelters can make it quicker) or moving to a different town
I agree that starting a family early does delay the process, but its not impossible. My husband and I married mid twenties and had our first child shortly after. We were still trying to figure out our “careers” at the time, so we did struggle. Having a child made us be more driven and focused. So while it’s taken 10 years😭 We are finally hitting the goals we dreamed of in all aspects of life. Our goal is not to be “rich,” but to be comfortable, and afford to pass down wealth to our children. There are many ways to reach a goal, and you are running no ones race but your own. I wouldn’t sacrifice my family for anything. People are precious and you never know when your time with them may be cut short. So work hard but make time, any little effort, to show the people you care about, there value in your life💗
Money can buy happiness. Example : You are kindness.. you have no money , that makes your kindness sometimes worthless, and if you have money then you can get unlimited happiness.

She’s right. I just turned 37 and my net worth is currently somewhere between 12 and 15M. I didn’t realize it at the time and I honestly thought I was doing something wrong or I was abnormal but I sacrificed almost ALL of those things out of natural necessity to make that happen and still am. The one thing I will say is that I got married at 25 and started having kids…several kids, 6in total. I love them all dearly and wouldn’t trade them for any amount of money at all. However, the wife and the kids have slowed my growth tremendously and I garuntee you my net worth would currently be 10x if I had waited til day right now to get married. You CAN have it all but it is incredibly inefficient to try and do it all at the same time

I WANT IT ALL! I'm 55 y/o woman who has started in 12/2020 to start this journey. At present, I can and have achieved at least a third of this list. The only thing that concerns me is my age.
I'm starting from scratch at age 44. These videos are opening my mind and preparing for the actions and mentality that will serve me on my wealth-creation journey. I have been exposed mostly to a poverty mindset which was strong enough to counter any new ideas and actions I initiated. The current and past version is lacking the discipline and focus to prioritize the teachings within Alux videos consistently enough to yield significant results. I am changing that. I am making wealth-creation a priority and changing the shifting from "poverty mindset" to "wealth mindset" whatever it takes.

I'm 29, made a bunch of stupid financial decisions in my early 20s. I've had a shift in my mentality and ready to save my money and grow my wealth. It'll take time but I'm ready to commit. Thank you for the reality check. I want it all.

Eating that ramen noodle isn't gonna give you enough fuel to run 16 hours/day. Sleeping a few hours doesn't help either. Sacrifice your health will just destroy you. If you want to have enough energy and focus to do the other 12 sacrifices, you've got to eat right, sleep enough, and have good health. Otherwise, you won't make it. And no, money doesn't buy you good health and it doesn't get you a time machine either.
There are different levels of sacrifice, I think they mean these topics shouldn't be priorities. I dont think they mean 100% sacrifice because you obviously won't make it if you're living on instant noodles, drugs to keep you awake and 3 hours of sleep. I guess they're just saying we should do the minimum possible to keep things under control (sleeping 6 hours, the simplest and cheapest yet healthy food. like salad rice fruits) and direct our focus to work.
Sir You just need a reson to believe You must be in excellent shape Eating & sleeping is something we need Ramon soup & a little sleep and none stop drive Will get you to the top Not halfway And complain
I want it all. But... I an 47, husband and father of 3 with 2 dogs. So... adjustments need to be made. There are things in this video I can do and others I won't because I have a family. For the young people starting out. You have time. If you are 20 years old, set your goals. Push for what YOU want. Don't get married unless you two are aiming for the same thing. With that said, don't get married until you both have arrived. @ 47, i did sacrifice many of these things to earn a great living. What I failed to do is specialize in one or two things. I am still young enough to reach for some stars but.... some stars have darken. Don't be me. Work hard and remember there are no shortcuts. Now go stake your claim.
Paul Crews You added value to me, so I'll help you too. Remember these words and you'll succeed: Only dead people have no hope. Even of you're 47 years old, you can still kick yourself in the butt and double your productivity, hence your income. You only fail when you start talking and acting like a failure. Find those darkened stars and make them shine again.
Hmmmmm. As a psychologist some of these recommendations are a little concerning! BALANCE is vital. There is simply no justification to become mentally or physically ill to get "rich"or be a winner. If you fall off the perch, you have lost anyway. Of course, sacrifice, focus, determination, discipline and willpower are hallmarks of people who are successful - however - it has to be balanced with nutrition, enough sleep to function well and not isolating yourself to the point you have no support network or people to care about you. Just saying. PS: I have pulled all-nighters at university and in business to get something accomplished - not something I'd recommend as a lifestyle choice!
Yeah I agree with you , if you isolate yourself too much from social life thinking that this is discipline , you are wrong and you ll end up with depression. So balance is everything 🙏🏻
I agree. You can try to get rich but with balance its what Im doing.I was once one.that worked 10 hours a day I cut it down cause it was killing my health and sleep.Plus my family hasn't seen me to much.Glad cut my business hours down.
Hey doc. Just generally speaking what rich or wealthy person would be balanced? I mean being rich is literally the "idea" of having more money than you know what to do with. The aspect of being rich or wealthy in terms of money is seemingly different from having a rich life or a life full of wealth. Usually that speaks to friendships and relationships and with those one can easily have a balanced life. But any person who actually wants to be wealthy shouldn't expect a balanced life because by default some things will be done in excess, no matter large or small simply because the means there. And I'm not seeing that things become abused just because they're readily available only that in this instance with unlimited funds assisting, anything can diddled too much.
Two quotes from Dave Ramsey popped into my head during this video: 1) Children do what feels good. Adults devise a plan and follow it. 2) If you live like no one else, later you can live and give like no one else.
1 family 2 health 3 friends 4 hobbies 5 time 6 happiness 7 sleep 8 who ARE you? 9 entertainment 10 stability 11 income 12 comfort 13 the need to be like 14 pride 15 immidiate desires Bonus watch till the end (have patience)
I would argue with the ramen noodle idea. Yeah, definitely eat cheap but you don't want to go full garbage. If you eat like that you're going to feel sick and tired all the time, which is going to affect your productivity.
My bills are low, driving an 8yr old car and working on improving my health. Making changes, although small, is better than making no changes!#IWantITAll
A journalist asked 50 Cent : "What do you do if you're not acting". 50 said :"I'm in the studio". The journalist said: "But when do you sleep". 50 replied:"Sleep is for the ones that are broke".
Cars Overdose i never understood that.sleep is for those that are rich because they make money while they sleep. And if youre broke you had no business sleeping
Couldn't agree more with number 1. Haven't heard it from any other channel, except perhaps Robert Kiyosaki, do NOT have kids young! I watch my friends and peers fall into the financial trap by having kids in their 20s. Now that I'm financially free in my late 20s, I can still pursue a family or whatever it is I deem important, instead of focusing on keeping a job and paying bills.
You know we are the very few that believes in this. For some reason, our society really shames people for not wanting kids or it is selfish putting our financial life and livelihood ahead of popping out children.
This is very true. I work with someone who is 24, has two kids and over $200,000 in debt. People who do this get trapped in the poverty cycle. I don't think people even question whether or not they actually want to have kids, they just do it because it's what society expects. That's why they'll never live a financially prosperous life, because they fail to plan.
Geez, that's a very rough spot to be in at 24. We're taught not to fall into peer pressure as kids, but it seems as adults it's very easy to be swayed.
I am happy I listened to this. I have practiced lots of these sacrifices to achieve some level of success. Some times when I feel whether all of those sacrifices worth worth it , this Alux video confirmed- thanks
I agree on everything that is said in this video except for one thing. No one should sacrifice their health. Without good health you can't do much. Good health is wealth.... well at least it's the KEY to wealth.🍅🍎🥑
Kiki's Kurls Agree, health is the most valuable asset you can have, you don't have to eat much as long as you are putting right nutrition in your body.
I agree with you to some degree but also to Somme extent you have to sacrifice your health, even at varsity/college (you will always have some stress and sleepless nights and comfort eating that comes as a result, life is never smooth sailing, your body gets some wear and tear for any extraordinary result because you have to strain a bit, sometimes a lot for a short time).
I have been on this journey for few years now. And finally, seeing light. Videos like yours have been one out of many sources of motivation and lessons. Thank you

I kept my car for 264000 miles a Honda Accord (bought used) for 17 years before it broke down. I slept in my car for over a month only to shower at 24 hour fitness nightly. I ate ramen and fruit as a college student with little Caesar’s pizza only for studying for a midterm/final. I have worked 16 hour days for 6 days in a week. Went back to school (for a second bachelor) just to start a fraternity. I was humiliated and a laughing stock of my friends and family. I bought used clothes to keep myself comfortable. I even drove a clunker 1989 Camry bought for 500 dollars as a college student after my lease for a civic ended. It had mildew growing in the center console. After that was my old accord. Now I have a convertible bought used which I love and is only a step away from my dream car. In about 10 years will try to shoot for my dream car, a new bmw convertible m4. I worked as a host even though I had a bachelors degree. I had to do what I had to do to survive. Now I got freedom to only work when I need to. I call the shots when I want to. I sacrificed my 20s and I feel I might be socially awkward and went through a break up last year. I’m in my mid 30s now but it’s a good feeling knowing that I got a solid foundation. I want to spend time with my kid one day and look for a girl who has the guts to sacrifice to go one step back to go two steps forward. It’s true you gotta sacrifice before you get to the promised land.
Hey Alux!!!! I have sacrificed many of the things on your list… before your video I used to cry and question why should I sacrifice these things …after watching this video I feel happy and motivated to continue my journey onto my success… I was about to leave my success for all the things I have to sacrifice, especially my health and friends . Thank you!!
I am 22 with a 2 year old daughter and married since 19. I defiantly understand the challenge I face for success compared to someone single. But in a way my family is what pushes me harder than what I would probably push myself. I was to succeed more than anything to give my family a life of freedom. I will never stop, and I will do whatever It takes to reach my goals.

I'm 19. I have severe anxiety and I'm scared to take on the world. Nevertheless, I have a dream. I dream that I'll change the world one day. I'll keep going till I reach there and grasp my dream with my hands.
Hey, I had horrible social anxiety at your age. I am turning 29 this year and things do get better. I still get a bit anxious sometimes, but life is good. Keep working on yourself. You'll get there :)
Yesss same im 20 at a moment and many young people who is the same age like us does not want to learn and have that growth mindset. For example all of my friends!
That's the perfect age to start advancing towards your dream. 1. Make a plan, then stick to it passionately. 2. Watch your cycle also, friends influence us more than we can imagine; only keep ambitious, goal driven, and disciplined friends. 3. Commit to excellence and never compete with anyone but yourself. 4. With regards to your dream, most of the things learned in school are already outdated, so make sure you do research. 5. Happiness is a choice. Always be happy. Enjoy the journey.
Nice to know that there is a video that says you'll sacrifice your income, comfort and happiness on the road to getting rich. I definitly needed to hear that today. Now I know I'm on the right track to getting it all! Because obviously I WANT IT ALL.

Holly B I think they were trying to focus on speeding up the process and raising the probability rate. None the less congratulations!... I feel the same, I can't sacrifice my family nor friends or health for money. Drive, dedication, consistency and belief is all you need
Congratulations Holly, what a stunning achievement. Be aware that everyone may not be like you. I've had to sacrifice pretty much everything they listed, but I draw the line at my health and sleep. (Personally, I think the two are one and the same.) My personal opinion is to never seriously sacrifice your health. Never. I know from personal experience because both my parents suffered for years with piss poor health B4 they passed.
I want it all... My teacher once told me before go to bed at night ask yourself "am I satisfied what I have learned today, is it enough to achieve my dream & if you really love your dream a inner voice will come inside of you saying that, hey just spend one hour more" & now this is the reason I go to bed at 5am every day! I just sleep 4hours a day.
I'm already making most of these sacrifices. Some aren't even sacrifices. And yes, it's definitely worth it. The things I do not sacrifice are; health (I want to live forever, can't afford to be sloppy about my health), sleep (about 6 hours is all I need anyway), hobbies (one of my hobbies is saving money) and happiness (being on this path has increased my happiness). I want it all! Not really though, I don't need much. Just financial independence and the time and freedom to pursue my dreams.
I can’t wrap my head around why people hate this channel so much. It is full of disciplinary videos and advice that every real entrepreneur should follow in order to obtain financial freedom. Everyone who hates to hear the truth will always work for somebody else hating their job.
People hate these videos because they realize they can't do any of these things to become rich. These character traits to become rich you seem to be born with, poor people seem to be born differently. Me and my son have the characteristics of the rich- all that hard work,no sleep, sacrifice ect, and we did become rich. These videos are spot on. My friends don't seem to put in half the energy in their lives that we did.
I can't believe I have made all 16 sacrifices. I guess this is why I paid off 2 homes and all of my student loans. 1. Family - I had no family for more 2 decades after I graduated from college. 2. Health - I am now diabetic. According to the Samsung hospital report at my former job, I lost 10 years of my life. 3. Friends - No time for friends. 4. Hobbies - I can't play the violin anymore even though I won a violin concerto contest in high school. I did not spend any time on it. 5. Time - A lot of time in my studies and in my former job at Samsung. 6. Happiness - No girlfriend for more than 4 decades. 7. Sleep - Lost a lot of sleep. Gain weight because I handled my sleep poorly. 8. Who You Are - I always disciplined myself to study and work hard. 9. Entertainment - Never watch video games or movies. Never watch any sports as well. 10. Stability - I did move from California to Korea to work at Samsung. I miss my home in CA when I was working at Samsung in Korea. 11. Income - Yeah... We spend a lot of my money on college tuition. 12. Comfort - No Lexus or cable TV. No iphone. Samsung phones only. No Macbook, but Dell. Clipping coupons. 13. Need to be liked - I know a pastor who is very liked. He had an affair with another woman and destroyed his marriage. This is why I chose not to be liked. I just love my wife. 14. Pride - I am tutoring math, physics, electrical engineering, and chemistry to other high school students. I do clean the house. I change diapers. I am driving the Kia Sedona for my family while I hear my wife complaining and sometimes yelling. 15. Immediate Desires - My wife is the first woman whom I have kissed. I waited decades. 16. Short Term vs. Long Term - I am retired now after a miserable 3 decades process of paying off 2 homes and going to college and working. Now, I am father and husband at the right time.

As a young business owner I've made a lot of these sacrifices. It's hard sometimes. Seeing it in a list is kind of cathartic because it reminds me that these things are choices I made and it's nice to know other people are working through the same challenges in their pursuits.
Health is wealth. I don't think they mean a continuous sacrifice of health tho. I'm guessing they mean hits to ur health in times of heightened pressure.

No hobbies are a must. Willpower isn't infinite. You need ways to relax sometimes. Working out for example relieves so much stress and pressure plus I love it. Hence it is totally worth it. Hobbies when used correctly is a must and it's one of the most important steps

Sure, but like the end of the video says, it's only temperary. So you work hard for many years by yourself to get a good amount of money, then you get to marry a man or woman 30 years younger than you who loves you only for your money, then you can die of old age before you can hold any of your grandchildren. Sounds great, huh?

Please do not do those sacrifices. If you find a right woman, you both can work for the goal and still have children. All it requires, is to own your home and prioritizing the use of money a bit (not to buy the stupid crap but invest instead, baby gadgets can be bought second hand etc).

@@jamesstone3934 Believe it or not, a car is much better than the Shelters here.
So work hard but make time, any little effort, to show the people you care about, there value in your life💗
You're right ✅️

God bless you good luck

Sir
You just need a reson to believe
You must be in excellent shape
Eating & sleeping is something we need
Ramon soup & a little sleep and none stop drive
Will get you to the top
Not halfway
And complain
Money can help buy healthier food and a better bed to sleep on, otherwise I completely agree!
Good thinking Sir.

Paul Crews This is gold.
Paul Crews You added value to me, so I'll help you too. Remember these words and you'll succeed:
Only dead people have no hope. Even of you're 47 years old, you can still kick yourself in the butt and double your productivity, hence your income. You only fail when you start talking and acting like a failure. Find those darkened stars and make them shine again.

Paul Crews I will learn from you sir
Be OPTIMISTIC!!!!!!
Welp someone didnt watch till the end 🤣
I listen to this every month to keep myself on track 😇 Thanks Alux, Love from Ranchi, India 🇮🇳

The 24K Life so true
The 24K Life well, casey neistat had a kid when he was in his teens....he's a millionaire now.

Astillion Well said, I'm the same.
Some who are poor pretend to be rich; others who are rich pretend to be poor. (Proverbs 13:7)
I will strive harder, it's never too late... I will be back here once again to testify how it all went.... Its never too late... Thanks SoMuch Alux...
I want it all!!
And you can have it! Put the work in queen!
I want it all
I can’t wrap my head around why people hate this channel so much. It is full of disciplinary videos and advice that every real entrepreneur should follow in order to obtain financial freedom. Everyone who hates to hear the truth will always work for somebody else hating their job.
People who hate these videos are the ones who are not successfully minded. Self-selecting sample really
By poor idiots. This is all bullshit.
I dislike most of this Channnel suggestion because it is uncomfortable truth. So I watch most of this channel 's vdo
Or Whatever pl
Now, I am father and husband at the right time.
if u r doing any job u r a looser bro .........................ur sacrifice is going waste ........if u r feeling little bit offend go read rich dad poor dad ........u will get me
@@ashwinnair4145 I retired comfortably on minimum wage. We just do not spend more than we earn. My wife came from a poor family. We save money ways where most people do not normally save like our family. My wife wanted me to spend time with family. I have to listen.
what a horrible way to waste the only life you got
Joseph lee are u rich now ??......and for ur kind information these pension idea is going to drop soon
What will u do then ...........u don't do much expense.....but what abt taxes u can't control that...right
That's some nice inspiration man, go for it. I'm 39 and i'm going to for it too. I'll keep you all updated every now and then
'poor people try to look rich but rich people try to be richer by acting poor' that's so true
I watch all..!
Rich people never "acting poor" they just have different goals and needs in life. Financial freedom is worth any price than being 9-5 slave with golden chains and new flashy car.
AutoPartsCo.eu Yeah but if you’re living out of your car to save and avoid rent, then you’re definitely living poor.

I was born dirt poor and despite several major setbacks and sacrifices throughout the years, I have slowly been moving forward because I WANT IT ALL!
As a young business owner I've made a lot of these sacrifices. It's hard sometimes. Seeing it in a list is kind of cathartic because it reminds me that these things are choices I made and it's nice to know other people are working through the same challenges in their pursuits.
What kinda business do you own ??
I just started following you guys just wanna say you folks are amazing. 🔥🔥🔥🔥
I WANT IT ALL! I’ve been a certified Aluxer for as long as I can’t remember now! ♥️
You MUST never sacrifice your health.
Brian Zhu these people want to see all there underlings die, fucking cult bastards
Oops too late.
I totally agree with you. I disagree completely with this video.
It depends on what you end goal is. In fact, they should've included a Number 16 as, "Sacrifice your life".
Health is wealth. I don't think they mean a continuous sacrifice of health tho. I'm guessing they mean hits to ur health in times of heightened pressure.
This is sooooooo true!! at 27 I heard it takes 10 years to become successful, now at 40 I can say I have definitely sacrificed all 15 of these things it takes a lot of focus and failing & trying again…. Keep going!!
This is one hell of a video👏🏽🔥
The list starts @ 2:02
thank you
I would love to watch video on self-disipline by alux.com
It doesnt matter "what I want." We could want it all but not fail to realize that nothing happens for us but to us. None of this will happen unless I put in the work.
I want it all 🤩
Btw, the vid is totally on point. I'm in my 30s and didn't start a family like my school mates bcoz I've got a dream and I'm chasing it. My father was an addict and unwise with finances, so he blew it big time. Now it's up to me to make a life of my own from scratch. I'm burning the midnight oil trying to recover from the loss incurred by my business in the last 2 years due to Covid. Wish me luck! 🙏
Alux, I've been watching this video, the first Monday of each month as you suggested (since February 2020) and I can see the shift of focus, and its effects on the quality of my life, my career, and even my family. Even though you say that the first thing we need to sacrifice is family and, I agree, my family is fully aware that I'm doing this for all of us, not just me. I can see it in my finances, my new house, my way of living. Thank you, Alux. You are an absolute blessing.
That is good your family is understanding. Some kids don't understand that its for everybody.. Just taking a child to daycare is a sacrifice. because we have to trust the person we do business with so we can bring home a check
I WANT IT ALL! 29 going on 30 in 4 months, no more dead end relationships ever again!

No hobbies are a must. Willpower isn't infinite. You need ways to relax sometimes. Working out for example relieves so much stress and pressure plus I love it. Hence it is totally worth it. Hobbies when used correctly is a must and it's one of the most important steps
if everybody knew how to overcome sacrifices, everyone would be wealthy.

Then the world would only be filled with business people. What about scientists and engineers, comedians and actors and many other low-medium paid but exciting careers.
