I grew up in Baldwin Park, going to the original In-N-Out site location (which was a 2nd incarnation already) before they tore it down and built the replica of the original, and the other restaurant across the highway. This was the 90s and early 2000s. My high school was actually just down the street on Francisquito. One of my team mate friends from the swim team actually worked there. The founder Esther, donated money to the community center. That community center hosts recreation areas, and senior activities.
AWESOME VIDEO!! Thank you so much for this!!! I am a huge fan of In N Out and enjoyed this sooooooooooooo much. Both of you were just delightful hosts. I hope I can go someday to the Baldwin Park location. Your video made me want a burger and a bottled Pepsi Cola so much... In N Out not only has great food, they also have great staff who work really hard. I absolutely love this company and the people who work there. I laughed out loud when I heard about the connection of the palm trees to the film "It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World!" HYSTERICAL!!! This makes me love this burger joint even more (which I didn't think was possible)! This is such a fun presentation. Kudos and best wishes to you from Northern California! :)
Wow! Thank You So Much. This was definitely one of our favorite videos to make. We also love in n out and yes the staff is amazing. Just learning the history of in n out felt like going back in time. Oh and of course having a double double and fries is the best. Once again Thank You for the kind words and Thanks for watching.
I was born just a couple blocks from there, I grew up eating in and out, not at the replica restaurant but the one right next to it. It's been forever since I've been there, how I really truly miss it! Thanks for the sharing.
Thanks for the tour! A long time ago, my family got dinner at this location about once/week! The last time I was there, the location was boarded up.😭 I'm so glad to see it's been restored as a replica!🥰
The parking area at the back used to have a large roof over picknick tables to eat at. Parking was at a premium. In the 50's a second drive thru was added so there was a line going in on both sides of the building.
No dude actually it doesn’t look up the history on it. It got demolished by a corrupt government official. This is just the original burger stand but not the shack
Hi, I am doing a history video about In N Out and wanted to know if I can use some of your footage in the my video. I will put your UA-cam channel handle in my video. Let me know, thanks.
Man those good old days Where beauty was everywhere.
Please In-N-Out bring these prices back on a grand opening or a anniversary....

So rare that the first In N Out location still exists.
