Walt always remember that as long as you lovingly think about your family members they will always be alive. Know that they all walk with the Angels and are looking down on you. God bless them and you and Tina , always.
Awesome video Walt. Sorry for your loss 😢 what a beautiful area of the country you all got to grow up on and enjoy. Wonderful spot your Grandpa picked!!
Another fine opening. The Grand Canyon always amazes me. To think at one time, it was full of water. Nice little bourbon stop. Love the drive through Virginia and west Virginia. Different type of mountain drive on the east. Nice piece of property. You guys should build a little cabin. A nice getaway to just kick back and relax. Like Bill said, family will always be in you heart and soul and live forever in your memories. Cheers my friend.
I have a ton of family in southern Kentucky and Tennessee. Your family plot reminds me a lot of my family roots as well. Beautiful vid and touching tribute. 🥃
What a great tribute, your Dad, Bruce and Windy are having a nice pour watching down on their families. On a separate note, I miss CJ’s I think you and I should open our own WJ’s!!!!!😊
@cdnbarbqmafia - JW's! Sounds awesome! Thanks Jer. Your guys video will be coming soon. Probably next week. Gotta put some other stuff up first! Take Care!
We are sorry for your losses, both family and friends. Attending funerals can be so bitter but also sweet, if that makes sense. Your family cemetery reminds me of where my family is buried outside of Hazard. When you come through Middle Tennessee again I'll show you a few nice stores that have great bourbon selections, at least in my opinion
Thanks so much Dave! It does make sense, you mourn the loss but reconnect with friends and family, and remember the lives and good times of the one you lost. I would absolutely love it if you could take me around to some great bourbon spots! That would be awesome! We are gonna make it happen hopefully this year, before its over. Take Care
Just catching up on some of your vlogs here Walter, sorry about the loss of you and your dads longtime friend. Sounds like he lived a very full and nice life. Thats a cool looking Box of Bourbon...reminds me of Maine with the Caribou. Glad you were able to see many friends and that you were able to celebrate and honor Windy and also visit with Bruce for a bit. Thank you for sharing some of your memories of everyone. Hugs to you my friend.
Thanks so much Andy. It was a tough day. I spent a lot of time with the Thornton's - Windy and Ruth were like another Mom and Dad, and B.W. and James were truly like brothers. B.W. and I graduated from high school the same year, and we both went to Marshall. James who was a few years younger, was always one of my best friends. We played music together and often we would grab our guitars and hold impromtu comments on Marshall's campus, University of Kentucy campus, and on our travels. A crowd always gathered. It was a lot of fun. I am really glad you watched and commented on this video. Thanks so much
Another great video Walt. Sorry to hear about your friend, sending prayers your way. I have lost my parents and both of my brothers, it's hard, but like Bill basically said as long as you have them in your heart they will always be with you. You and Tina take care.
Hey Walt sorry to hear about your long time friend,,,, Your Family has a really nice and peaceful resting place up on that hill.. Thats what I do here in Louisiana my family has a Cemetery service business,,,,,, On a Lighter note that store you went into has a nice Bourbon Supply ..... Thanks
@RandyLalonde - Windy Thornton was like a second father figure. He was a great man. My Dad was also a wonderful man, a lifelong educator. He is buried in North Carolina next to my Mom. Bruce, my uncle, an aunt, several cousins and my Grandparents are all up on that hill. CJs has a tremendous selection for sure! Thank you, for watching!

Caribou in Ohio is $55, but we don't see it often it is an allocated product.
Wow! Now that is a great price!
Good evening Walt & Tina and as always it's great to watch your video. Thanks!
@billcoleman7316 Thank you Bill! I appreciate you so much. Your support means a lot.
Please tell me you have seen the new Sasquatch Tshirt that Tudors is selling. I just saw it on Facebook.
