  • This is a great exercise for players needing to keep their core nice and strong, all season demonstrated by TBW instructor and current Blue Jays Minor Leaguer Spencer Horwitz and MedStar Health's Jay Dyer.
    Core strength is so important in transferring power through the body, taking strain off your throwing muscles and creating torque for power in pitching and hitting. This is an exercises you can do practically anywhere before or after practice so no excuses!
