Idk if this is is for sure about Bipolar Disorder, nor do you have to share your medical info (like a diagnosis) if you don't want to but this reminds me of my bipolar. And also of a song from a musical about mental health (the similarities are the lyrics discussing the same topic: missing highs and lows).
