Starting at 30:28 to 32:05 about growing up under God's acceptance of us. Talking about our earthly father's acceptance of us even as babies. I didn't get that foundation from my father growing up. That's why I feel unacceptable to God when I'm down on myself and beat myself up as no good. I'm 73 and still feel that way.
I had the same issue as you and it took many years of God working on me over this issue and me getting deliverance ministry to be freed from this bondage of not feeling loved by the father.

8:37 How I can relate to this: going to church meetings around 3-4-5+ times per week. Us women wearing no make up, little jewelry, trousers/jeans not really approved of etc. Cinema disapproved of, no alcohol. House church and Independent church background. The sad thing was that those of us who attained these 'standards' & expectations considered ourselves mature christians, really following Jesus, & looked down on & wrongly judged others who didn't or couldn't. It was just works. None of it made us more acceptable to God, nor more loved by Him. We're already accepted and loved by Him, by what Jesus did for us on the Cross. It took me years to realize that. The other challenge is, if you get to the point of freedom from keeping to all these externals, you still have the responsibility to walk in obedience to God, and His Holy Spirit will teach you how. It's a whole new ball game, as some might say, though it's no game.
Father, I know that I need to stop running away from You when I fail and sin. You see it all and know that I am going to undoubtedly mess up. That is why You sent Your Son Jesus to earth to live the perfect life for me, to fulfill the law completely for me. His death on the cross paid for my punishment of the curse of the law that I will never be able to uphold. So I come boldly to the throne of grace today and receive new mercies that Christ died for me to have. I lean upon Your strength and grace today and trust that the work that You started in me, will continue until Christ’s glorious return or when I meet You face to face. I believe practicing ungodliness and unrighteousness will take you to hell. You are not IN HIM/IN CHRIST/IN CHRISTJESUS if you are practicing sin. I believe that if you practice adultery, and sexua sin that you will go to hell, even if you believe in imputed righteousness. I believe in repentance from all sin as an attitude of the heart.
