    Mate you should of made it into one sauce! Looking at all the ingredients at the start I was thinking holy fuuuuuck this is gonna be tasty. Lol. You would of had the ultimate umami hot sauce that way.

    It's not fermented or canned, so it would have to be refrigerated right? How long would they last

    I put all my peppers in a steamer and steam for 10 minutes then run them through a tomato sauce maker. Works very well :) removes the seeds and skins leaves the pulp an some liquid of the pepper. You could add your veggies and fruits to the steamer after you brown them if you like. Then run it all through the sauce maker. I then measure it and go 1/3 to 1/2 vinegar or bottled lemon juice for some of that if want to tame the vinegar taste. Example: if 1cup of pepper sauce add 1/3 to 1/2 cup or go by taste.

    I like my face burning tho mane , I go a reaper peach ghost and chocolate hab woth cinnamon pineapple and thats it . Super amazing on fish
