I’ve been listening to them for a couple of years now. They are a local group and had seen them advertised to play local gigs but due to me being a carer for my son, was never able to go. So glad they are playing bigger audiences now, so truly deserved.

Wow! My mouth dropped open from the first note! What an awesome voice and amazing harmonies! Love this! The audience participation was great too! Them and Chris Stapleton? Yup.
This is the first time I've heard these guys. They leader singer has a sound kind of like Chris Robinson from The Black Crowes. They also have some great songs like Remedy, Too Hard To Handle, Jealous Again, Thorn In My Pride, Twice as Hard. You should give them a listen too. Very soulful.

Ty my friend, I grew up in the 60's. My favorite music was ''Soul Music''. The Temptations, Four Tops, Otis Reading, Sam & Dave, Jackie Wilson, the list goes on. For y money, David Ruffin was the ''voice of soul''. This Dude puts me in mind of D.R. It carried me back to my youth. Love your channel.

Modern Renaissance Man I ordered all 3 of The Teskey Brothers’ CDs last night! Motown, soul, blues, and Australian R&B soul singers are right up my alley! It’s funny that I actually found your channel through your reaction videos of my favorite group of all time The Bee Gees! They too are brothers (3) that started out in Australia! The Gibb Brothers were born on the Isle of Mann (UK) in the late 1940s. They moved to Australia as young boys and started out their songwriting and recording careers there in the 1960s in their early teens. Barry the eldest actually started playing guitar and writing songs at age 9. So when I heard The Teskey Brothers sing on your channel I was like WOW.. and then looked them up and I wasn’t surprised why I instantly loved their music!! Brothers singing classic R&B and soul from down under! 😊

I started not to watch it because I didn't know anything about the Teskey Brothers, but I took a chance, and haven't been the same since. I was too impressed by Josh Teskey's voice and his Otis Redding singing style. Because of that video, I bought a cd player just to get some of their music. Thank You.

What a GREAT live performance! Just discovered The Teskey Brothers today. I first listed to "Rain" and just loved it. This live "Hold Me" is the first time I heard the 2nd guy's voice. LOVE the usual lead singer's voice, but there was something very vulnerable and beautiful in the 2nd guy's voice. I do hope they keep recording so that we blues lovers can continue to love their music!
