I had two of these units. First one I got is still working in my first greenhouse it lost heat down to freezing with no explanation just once but did not hurt any of my plants. I built another greenhouse ordered a second unit month and a half ago on Amazon. It worked exactly 5 weeks 1 week pass amazon easy return window. I don't know if I agree about company being great as their website has a form to fill out and submit for support but for some reasons submit does not happen which places you in infinite loop with no luck. Your review is great except this company being solid. I am not the only one on Amazon that reviewed with a broken unit and non-functional website for support. I just wanted tell the people watching your review that you are taking a risk if it works great if it does not then you don't have any way to get your 2 year warranty that is advertised exercised.
Thanks for the warning. I can only speak from experience as well. I don’t represent the company so I won’t apologize for them but I’ve not experienced what you’re describing.

Why is it twice the price of its competitor that I saw on ebay today? Does basically the same thing except look fancier.
I don’t get it, and for the price I wouldn’t.

I’m not sure what competitive company Frankie U was referring to. No mention of anything other than a vague hint that there was a different half priced product. I’m not sure that anything half the price would be a legitimate competitor, maybe just a different price point product. Remember, you get what you pay for.

@@DancingL704 Look for iPower greenhouse heater. It works well with bio green thermostat. Does the same thing about 50% cheaper than their product. Probably made by same folks ‘over there’!
