Thanks, Mark. Excellent video. For Q 1, as you mentioned Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant work experience while studying, these positions are on contract basis and every semester a new contract is signed. There is usually a few day gap between the end of 1st contract and start of new contract, because usually the classes are of in between semesters. Whether this experience would construed as continuous?

For 1st question you are WRONG. As per IRCC website it says The work experience gained as a full-time student outside Canada counts towards the score used to rank your profile.
Hence, one can claim work experience for ELIGIBILITY as well as CRS.
Thanks for all those informations :)
Could you help me find the answer for 2 question ?
I have received an invitation to apply for permanent residency under the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) category and I am in the process of filling out my application, but I have some questions regarding the requested information:
Regarding first name(s): I am Belgian and have 1 first name but also 4 other middle names (Example: Justin Alexandre Patrick James Jérôme) and on my ID card as well as my passport only my 1st first name, the first of my middle names, and the first letter of the 2nd middle name are listed (Example: Justin Alexandre P). Before receiving my invitation, I only wrote my first name (Example: Justin), which is already there by default in my application. What should I then write?
Regarding proof of funds: In the case where the end-of-month (or average) balance for 1 or 2 of the last 6 months is lower than the required amount, but the current balance is significantly higher than the minimum required, will my immigration application be denied?
I need some HELP. I applied a closed WP from outside Canada. After applying visa i did a job for 6 months.
Application approved and I came to Canada as (PhD, research scientist). After an year, in my WP extension application I forgot to mention experience gained during the processing of first WP, it falls under STEM. Can I use that in PR.
Hi sir, I have a question with regard to 1 year full time. Can I claim 1 year full time if I completed 1560 hours of work in 11 months?
Hi Mark
Please can you clarify this scenario:
Received ONIP HCP NOI on 8th Feb with CRS:477 (Draw score 471-480). Spouse received Celpip re-evaluation score on 9th Feb, which increased CRS score to 479 but still within the upper limit of the draw score. Do I need to update my score to 479 and resubmit EE profile or retain the same score as per NOI date? If I resubmit the EE profile after receiving ONIP NOI, will that impact my ONIP NOI and PR approval?
Thanks in Advance!!!
