Personally I'd change 2 things. Sledger goes up to s tier (event tower version of brawler but with stalling), and jester goes up to a tier. Jester is actually so underrated, like it can stall everything but bosses perfectly, it's literally a slightly worse cryomancer.
Combining the jester with cyromancer is just deadly. Use confusion and poison bombs on jester and it'll do massive damage combined with the cyromancer freezing effect
I mean I'd argue a lot of the event towers would be in the "Good" tower. The tier list feels quite rushed due to the lack of testing. Examples: Elf Camp: Ranged units don't have the timer that other ranged summons have. Toxic Gunner: has defense melt for cheaper than both pyro mancers (Can stack with pyro's melt) Commando: Missiles linger on the field with air detect while also being cost effective on lvl 3 Punk Rocket: If you put max punk rocketeer on random then you get waaaay better results

A better tier list in my opinion: S - Cryomancer A - Sledger > Elementarist > Frost Blaster > Necromancer 💀 B -- Commando > Harvester > Jester > Gladiator > Slasher C - Executioner > Toxic Gunner > Elf Camp D - Archer > Hallow Punk > Snowballer F -> Swarmer
8:24 you arent using toxic gunner effectively, everyone knows you set that sucker to random to tox literally EVERYTHING, and can be used with Pyro to COMPLETELY remove defense, i usually pair them both with cyromancer to speed up the defense reduction
