The fact that we are able to just let 3 machines make this up..... is what human civilisation is all about. This song belongs on a spaceship floating to Alpha Centauri...
This is so so so nice - outer space, deep sea, sunshine and ice - I dunno - maybe I'm kinda stoned, but this is sooooooo cool
I feel like, as a community, we are getting better at the modular. Lol. This is great. I would love to understand that patch.
Thanks! Yeah, we're getting there. Definitely takes some time to tame the modular :)
This song just tears me apart. It makes me long for more elements to it, but the minimalism is what makes it so great. Really makes you feel emotions, I love it!

If you just posted the audio and told us your setup was a load of big name, top of the range modular synths I would believe you. It just goes to prove you don't need the biggest, most expensive setup to produce some fantastic music. Not only do I wish this track was longer, but I love your approach - just 3 mini synths a couple of effects processors and a phone! Korg should be endorsing you because this video is a perfect advert for the Korg Volca range. I've got this track looping while I work. Thank you.
Thank you! That is very kind of you.
oooh..the zoom CDR70 !! crazy and sick pedal !! I will never give away this cheap gear !
Wow this is super beautiful, one of my favorite Volca-track out there! Well done
Thanks for your kind words! That means a lot to me :)
This is lovely. Really touching. I scour UA-cam for ambient Volca stuff, and your channel has been a delight to discover!
Thanks. Really appreciate it ♥️
What a fantastic use of the volcas. That deep revel and delay really makes them shine. The music reminds me of Deep Forest, so good!
Thanks! Gotta check out Deep Forest.
An amazingly rich sound from a really lightweight set up. Beautiful music!
Thank you. One can squeeze a lot out of these small boxes :)
This video is the reason why i have so many volcas!
because of you i am going to purchase my very first volca ! i am excited! am hoping one day you have time to put together your work progress of making such beautiful piece :) :) :)
Nice drone opener this is a sweet little setup yet very powerful. Great sonic textures, quite cinematic.
This got me very emotional. When you first got the melody and the bass notes in, wow, beautiful. Pictures of joy, peace and late evening summertime melancholy. The Spring Breaker soundtrack contains something similar in some scenes. Thank you
Loving the bright sounds here, so good! ♥
Thank you. Glad to hear that you liked it.
Such lovely, evolving, complex textures !
So relaxing, deep ocean... thanks for sharing!
This is fantastic, great rich almost orchestral sound to it.
instant stress relief.
Absolutely wonderful
Really lovely sounds and a nice backdrop for the music!
Thank you.
Beautiful work.
This is fucking beautiful. Reminds me of Alessandro Cortini
Thanks 🙏❤️
Fantastic mood! Thank you.
Beautiful. Very relaxing.
Excellent channel...Subscribed to spotify too.
Thanks, that means a lot to me. 🙏❤️
This is truly fabulous ~ thank you for some real musicality
Thank you, I'm glad you like it 🙏
Because of this video, I bought the Zoom MS70 CDR.
Reminds me Drake - Marvin's Room. This is great!
That's like honey in the sunshine! Great!!
Gorgeous
It is beautiful.
Thank you!
Fantastic music! I love it. I recently bought a Volca FM2 and Volca Drum. I have the Zoom pedal, too. Most of my gear is Elektron or Korg.
Love your musicality
Thank you :)
I'm so hard in LOVE with these Volta Modular. I got to buy some.
Beautiful! Excellent job! 🙂👍
Good work! Love it.
Freaking beautiful, wow.
Definitely my favourite, love the rain sample behind it all. Really gives the extra depth. Keep it up! :)
This makes me think of 'Interstellar'... nice jam!
Thanks 🙏

Wow I love your sounds and I hesitated for some time to buy a volca modular but here it was a revelation!! I took the opportunity to buy your EP 😉
Thank you, I really appreciate it! :)
Peacefull and beatifull, Thanks!

Just beautiful! I feel like I’m breathing in lung-fulls of fresh Norwegian mountain air while I listen to this.
Beautiful
Superb use of the Modular. Still not sure about the FM though, jars a bit for me, but nonetheless a super soundscape, well done!
incredible!

Thank you.
j'adore bravo
Nice sound!
Loving this! Very awesome ambient! Subscribing now!
Great job 👍🤟 space !!!
Thanks!
Really beautiful. This combo looks amazingly fun. If you don't mind my asking, what's running through the CDR and which effects are you using?
If I remember correctly I think it was mod reverb and a stereo delay :)
i have no f idea of how to modular, but i hella love the volcas
Fantastic!
Thanks! :)
great ambient patches on korg volca series. :)
Thank you!
That’s lovely!
Nice job.

great work!!
Lovely!
Hello, i loved your video and music very match! Can you please give me and advice, where can i read beginner article about all this setup and examples how you create all this beautiful things, Thank you!
Hi. Besides reading the manuals, I guess UA-cam tutorials is the best way to learn the machines. 👍😀
Magnifique, beau travail ? ;-)
Great man!
Super
wow
Damn good...
Thank you :)
superbe ! love it how sync the 3 volcas ?
Thanks! The FM and keys are synced. The modular sort of freestyles on top :)
Respect!!👍👌
Amazinggggg!!! Are the main chords coming from the Keys or the FM?
From the Keys
Great work. Do you recommend the modular?
Yeah, I do recommend it. A lot of sound-shaping possibilities.
Wow! I was suffering from constipation for 5 days, I don't what it was, but the vibes helped me shit my pants, but did I care or clean up? Of course I never. I finished listening to this first. Nice one.
Well, that's really something.
Wonderful piece! How does it work to recording with the mobile phone?
Hi. It's only the video that is recorded with a phone. The stereo mix is recorded with a digital recorder. Boss br micro. :)
what would be some good beginner gear for creating ambient music that is also compact like the volca modular? would really appreciate the help, this soundscape is beautiful
Hi! Maybe Volca fm + a multi fx pedal? Reverb and delay is essential for creating soundscapes. 😀🎶
Excellent track. Can you tell me which stand that is for the 2 Volcas? Thanks
Hi. Thanks. It's just something I made myself. Not very pretty, but it does the job. 😉
Despite your Korgishness, you have learnt about plants from Moog.
Woow
Wow, wonderful!I If you have a minute, would you mind telling me approximately what effects you were using on the CDR pedal?
Hi. I used one of the eq effects, the stereo delay and I can't rember which reverb, maybe the cave or church. :)
💘
beautiful, mate.
what is the android phone doing?
Hi. I'm glad to hear that you like it.
The android is playing back a sample of rain. :)
Do you put a decent amount of attack on the keys mixed with the pedal effects to get that constant drone? Ive even asked r beny how to achieve this and he wasnt sure. Theres no "latch" function on the keys
Hi. Yeah attack is all the way up. Plus the pedal helps a lot.
Is it rain or static from an LP that was sampled?
Sampled rain.

i need to marry volcas
Heya, did u multitrack record all three Volcas with the Boss Micro BR?
The BR seems interesting but I don’t understand the use of 8-track multitrack when u only have 2 audio inputs. So not even enough inputs for your three volcas?
Hey. You can't really multitrack. I just record everything to a two track stereo. My three volcas is here going into a mixer, from the mixer into the effect pedal, and stereo out from effect pedal into stereo in/line in on the recorder. It's a very limited recorder, bought it years ago for recording my guitar. But it does the job :)
@@stochasticstep Ok I see, thanks!
@@stochasticstep Just curious as to which mixer you used for this? And which rack? This sounds amazing.
Hey! The mixer is just a cheap behringer Mx400. The rack I made myself. Not the most beautiful rack around, but it does the job..:)
Super creative
how did you connect the zoom to the volcas? how is the connection?
Hi! The volcas are connected through a mixer. Mixer out - >pedal in, pedal out - >audio recorder.
Stochastic Step what mixer are you using? Btw love this song
Hi. Thank you, I'm glad you like it. For this one I used a cheap behringer micromixer. Mx400 I think it's called :)
I'm upset with the fact that videos like this one usually don't get more than a few thouthans views while titles like "MEDITATIVE NATURE SOUNDS INNER PEACE ENLIGHTING RELAXING AND PENIS ENLARGEMENT" with pre-recorded boring new-age songs and photoshopped nature photo in the background can get even millions of views.
p.s: anyway, you sold me Volca modular with this video ;) Great job!
edit: both Keys and FM are connected sync out to sync out. What's the purpose? Shouldn't they be connected "out" to "in"?
Thank you, I'm glad you like it :) you are totally right about the sync! The intention was to sync keys and fm, but somehow I managed to plug out to out. Didn't notice until after the recording, but the result turned out to be OK anyways :)
Can I ask, what part is the Android phone playing in this?
I did record the sound of rain with it, and it's playing in the background 🙂
@@stochasticstep Nice. Thanks for replying. 😊
