No, the center position is not what's needed. AG can play a small ball center for some minutes , we need good bench players for depth and most importantly shooting.
That's the right kind of thinking. Trading for Levine would be a mistake. He's usually hurt and that contract. Murray is a volume shooter. IMO, he's overrated. Put any decent player next to Jokic and they will shine. It's too bad Nuggets gave him the max. Not to mention, Murray is always injured.

If the Nuggets have an option to trade Michael Porter Jr & 1sts to Brooklyn in exchange for DFS & Cam Johnson, they better ink that deal asap. Joker is in his prime having a career season (even with a history of having career seasons,) so you need to surround him with enough talent to compete. A starting roster of Murray, Braun, Cam, AG, & Joker with Westbrook, Strawther, Watson, DFS, & Deandre Jordan as your 2nd string puts this team in title contention.

Remember y’all, nuggets are considering moving their 2nd best player and only move able contract in MPJ for a top 5 worst contract in the league. Nuggets don’t have to worry about bidding against anyone, because Zach faked an injury just to avoid being traded last year only to find out there was no interest for him in the trade market anyways. Nuggets would be in the 2nd apron with holes in the forward spot, and would be basically in the 2nd apron going forward. If we do this, we should just trade jokic, let him actually compete for a title, cause that won’t be happening in Denver.
LaVine is a way more consistent on the offensive end than Porter and would be our second most reliable offensive player. So yes, as a Nuggets fan I'd make this trade although I'd try to include Ayo. Cam Johnson & Finnley-Smith would be better but only Cam, nah, I'd be more excited for LaVine because he's a better scoring (higher PPG and FG%, same amount of rebounds, and Zach averages over 4 assists per game). Give me LaVine!

I don't like the idea of trading MPJ, but Cam Johnson is a similar player and attractive due to his less expensive contract, so I could see doing it if it was a one for one, or if the Nets also agreed to take Zeke off our hands. Then the Nuggets would have some money to spend on another player, too. But the Nets probably want more and Calvin is just the guy to give it to them.
Don’t trade mpj.. but that being said I do feel like a move or two should be made. We need another poa defender and a backup big. With that we would be prominent contenders
I'll say it again.. The Nuggets should've gotten Sasha Vezenkov before he went back to Europe. His contract at The Raptors was $20m and he would have been a great addition to the bench.
As to Murray being redundant if they get LaVine - Murray has been injured and not able to help Joker 3 of the last 4 post-seasons including last year when he played basically on 1 leg and ANT-man said "I put him in jail!". Right now the Nuggets are so thin that if Murray doesn't score at least 20+ in every game they tend to lose - leaving it all on Jokic. And Murray has been in and out of the lineup. LaVine gives them ability to have a shot creator to anchor the non-Jokic minutes where the Nuggets get destroyed. They would need to add an additional forward to replace MPJ and make the deal work. That might make a Cam Johnson deal better for them.
Zach makes denver small on the front court and hurt the shooting. I like Cam Johnson better. Good 3/D 3rd option. I'd look for a 3 team with NY. Den- Cam Johnson, Mitch Robinson Brk- Porter, Panye NY-DFS, Bogdonavic(I'd move to Portland (Buyout)for TimeLord) Brooklyn gets draft picks and big cap next year in the cooper flagg primary, Harper, secondary race filling a need at forward or pg.
Denver gets a big and 3/D wing. NY gets a another 3/D player who can defend most 3-5's while being healthier then Mitch. Precious gets more big minutes also. Brooklyn tanks faster while having a solid scorers in MPJ/Can Thomas. With picks
What they should do is give up Porter, Zeke Naji, Daron Holmes and the 1st round pick and somehow get Cam Johnson, Jonas Valanciunas and Melton, which would bring 3 players who can contribute with only giving up 1 player from the rotation.
If you have an option, you take DFS over Cam Johnson. Equal shooters, but DFS is an elite defender, CJ is not. DFS might be older, but he is a better complimen to the team. DFS has a player option next year so you would need to make sure that that you resign him, but a nice bump at 22 million would get it done, then Bojan on an expiring deal would give you flexibility next year to fill out the bench.
MPJ for Lavine is stupid. Denver need to get rid of unplayable players, Saric, Nnaji, Pickett, i would gladly exchange them for just one decent backup center, Valanciunas for example. Yes, he is worth more, probably we should give Strawther or Tyson too.
Very interesting; I'm surprised Jokic is showing a REAL PASSION for the game of basketball; glad to see horses are not so important after all. Hope he can win another Championship.
I don't understand why MPJ?!!! He is fitting great with this team for years now! It wouldnt be fair! Why cant it be those from bench - lot of useless players that can not fit into "Jokic game"
I would love to have Zach but giving up MPJ for a player with no market sounds like it's gonna be a three team trade with a bunch of picks. Because we would give them zeke but we would have to trade some peices which is the problem. If we could've gave them Murray that would've been perfect.
MPJ is overpaid but don't trade him. He is available to play.... also he will change his game when needed. He is crashing boards and playing in the paint lately. As for Murray he isn't even playing half the time. He shoots about 30% most of the game, and will maybe have a hot shooting stretch. But also maybe not. Then he'll miss the next game.

Er'one needs to relax a bit with the nugs. they're fine. they'll be five to ten games above .500 at the allstar break, at which jamal murray will get in shape after missing the allstar game and the nugs will ride hot going into the playoffs where murray may or may not disappoint you lol.

So many nuggets fans don’t watch bulls at all. Lavine is way better than MPJ in every category except rebounding, and about the same level defensively. He can be a playmaker in non jokic minutes, and will be able to play pick and roll with jokic perfectly. He can play on ball and off ball, just a massive upgrade overall. Cam Johnson alone isn’t better than zach Lavine. The only concern is his expensive contract and if he can stay healthy, but honestly if Lavine doesn’t have such expensive contract nuggets has no chance of getting him. Nuggets don’t have many cards to play. Zach Lavine will shoot over 45% from three and at higher volume if he plays with jokic, I guarantee.

You can't say they would not win a game if not for Murray. Some body else takes those shots and you don't know the out come of that. How else to explain that JG now in Portland collects 22 million while MPJ collects 36, perhaps a better example is Jamal 52 million, the same as Jokic and more than Doncic.
Trading for Levine would be a mistake. He's usually hurt and that contract. Murray is a volume shooter. IMO, he's overrated. Put any decent player next to Jokic and they will shine. It's too bad Nuggets gave him the max. Not to mention, Murray is always injured.
Only Murray trade would help Nuggets no way that he is 2nd option .
Actually you haven't paid attention over the last several years your comment shows how stupid you are Marie is definitely sometimes even the first option but he's a second option behind the Joker that's a fact if you don't know that you haven't been paying attention in the playoffs wake up and stop being delusional absolutely when he comes to play he's ready
In the best season MPJ will change, why now? Why did the coach and manager of the Denver Nuggets just now realize that he doesn't play defense - did it take him 5 years to realize that? Denver Nuggets valued Jerami Grant who asked for 20 million, and then the contract with MPJ was signed for 36 million dollars. Who is responsible for the misjudgment of MPJ's value - whether he was on the bench or an extra in the game in the most important moments of the Denver Nuggets. Before the replacement, MPJ -Denver Nuggets should resign to coach MM and the manager. Misjudgment by MPJ destroyed the career of wing players Zeke Nnaji, Juan Hernangómez, etc., etc.
Why bother typing deandre Jordan’s name goofy
Personally, I think Deandre Hunter + Bogdan for Porter is better.

Westbrook is the starter my guy did you not see him ball against the kings just now with the cowbells?
this will be nail to the coffin for the Nuggets

I hope they get Bogdanovic instead honestly probably trade him for a Hunter Tyson and Zeke and a draft pick.
Nuggets need more defence. Lavine is more offence which they don't need.
They need somebody for bench ,like bruce brown
Id trade for JONAS VALANCIUNAS
Lavine is just a 5" shorter MPJ with a worse contract, that trade would make no sense
They have to trade MPJ, there is no way around it
Don’t trade mpj.. but that being said I do feel like a move or two should be made. We need another poa defender and a backup big. With that we would be prominent contenders
Can any of the aforementioned players help prevent Denver from being the worst team in the league when Jokic is off the court?
I'll say it again.. The Nuggets should've gotten Sasha Vezenkov before he went back to Europe.
His contract at The Raptors was $20m and he would have been a great addition to the bench.
They need one trade, to trade Calvin Booth.
Thank you for keeping us up to date, man love the videos
Zach makes denver small on the front court and hurt the shooting. I like Cam Johnson better. Good 3/D 3rd option.
I'd look for a 3 team with NY.
Den- Cam Johnson, Mitch Robinson
Brk- Porter, Panye
NY-DFS, Bogdonavic(I'd move to Portland (Buyout)for TimeLord)
Brooklyn gets draft picks and big cap next year in the cooper flagg primary, Harper, secondary race filling a need at forward or pg.
Denver gets a big and 3/D wing.
NY gets a another 3/D player who can defend most 3-5's while being healthier then Mitch. Precious gets more big minutes also.
Brooklyn tanks faster while having a solid scorers in MPJ/Can Thomas. With picks
MPJ is good, Gordon good and Murray horible for money he gets but cant be traded... Calvin Ass not Boot
What they should do is give up Porter, Zeke Naji, Daron Holmes and the 1st round pick and somehow get Cam Johnson, Jonas Valanciunas and Melton, which would bring 3 players who can contribute with only giving up 1 player from the rotation.
melton is injured for rest of season i think
I am not in love with Levine, but Denver gotta do something. They cant just sit there and hope Murray awakes the Allstar in him.
Even Jordan Poole knew they wasn't supposed to win
Any deal with the Nets would need a third team that can offer draft picks. OKC, Houston or maybe Memphis who might be interested in MPJ
None of those players have that much better stats than MPJ to justify the trade.
Your takes on nuggets are ultra casual since Jokic era.
I'll try to make the next takes more hardcore.
@@getlikecoopjust uncasual em up a bit
Zach Lavine + Aaron Gordon for us 2016 Dunk Contest nostalgics, please.
I don't understand why MPJ?!!! He is fitting great with this team for years now! It wouldnt be fair! Why cant it be those from bench - lot of useless players that can not fit into "Jokic game"
I hope the nuggets don't do this nonsense. Problem is injuries and they trade for a guy who is always hurt.
Instead of Lavine, I'd rather they take 2 or 3 shooters on smaller contracts.
If Zach goes to nuggets I want bi to clippers
Stars Chose $ over Rings.
I would love to have Zach but giving up MPJ for a player with no market sounds like it's gonna be a three team trade with a bunch of picks. Because we would give them zeke but we would have to trade some peices which is the problem. If we could've gave them Murray that would've been perfect.
Nuggets should get butler over Lavine honestly but the nets deal really is the best trade
Did you say ''When you have one of the best players in the game...''??? He is BY FAR The Best Player in the game.... BY FAR!
I don't think LaVine elevates Denver's floor or ceiling enough to justify the trade.
Good point, but knowing Booth is in charge who knows whats gonna happen.

I think they should wait to trade murray in the off season. as long as he is on that team, they are not contenders. jamal is a one hit wonder and a terrible player with an awful personality.
If you're going to roll the dice, go all in. Go for Jimmy, if possible, or wait for next year. BTW, Bojan Bogdanovic, not Bogdan Bogdanovic. Thx, for video!
Good catch, just edited that out! Bojan would be a great addition and does a lot of the same things that Bogdan does but man I'd love to see Bogdan reunited with Jokic..
Wait... Zach Levine & Aaron Gordon in the same team???!!! 2016!!!!!
GONNA ROB HIM AGAIN
THE 🐐 COOP‼️
Cali 🔥
Does this guy actually know anything about the Nuggets? If Levine is traded for MPJ, and Levine is supposed to anchor the bench, who replaces MPJ? Why is the second apron no big deal now, while it was all important and leading to dumping KCP on the market, for NOTHING!😡

MPJ is a risk... Dude could be betting under on himself... That's why he only shoots low percentage 3s and don't do any much rebounds or assist....
Dude must have his family on it and getting paid 20x more in a season from betting...
No shot can the Nuggets trade MPJ for Lavine.
Lavine is an upgrade from murray, putting lonzo in the deal qould be good aswell. Ofcourse *if lonzo and lavine can stay healthy
Can you make a video on jimmy butler like this
MPJ is just so inconsistent, especially from last years playoffs.
Nah!! Too many coulds in your vid😅
Please, Nuggets, do trade for Lavine. They probably can out score most team, but that backcourt defense... teams that can score are licking their chops when they see Lavine and Jamal backcourt lol. And the Nuggets will get smaller and will be even more limited with making moves
Agreed, a move like that would kill any remaining flexibility that the team had.
You can't say they would not win a game if not for Murray. Some body else takes those shots and you don't know the out come of that. Problem with Murray is his play is so poor threw out the game you always need a last second shot just to win. Be nice not to need so many buzzer beaters. Only player I be working on getting reed of is Murray. Lavin Sounds like a bad player for the Nuggets if touches are a problem.
Lavine gonna rob Gordon AGAIN
The Nuggets are donating half of their salaries to meals on wheels again?
I love your music coop
calvin booth made one good trade for aaron gordon and has been awful ever since
Do. Not. Trade. MPJ.
No Don't trade MPJ Please!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would definitely stay away from Levine jokic needs defensive help and spot up shooting, somebody like KCP...🤦🏾♂️
I would trade jamal murray but MPJ - play his best season ever. Would keep him 😇
Russ and Lavine would lead second unit cos Jamal is not good when stagger
whoever the gm of nuggets is a joke! he should look at the team and what the team needs. the starter are fine just a solid backup center and power forward will fix the non jokic minutes
Every team Russell Westbrook goes to ends up underperforming. Just saying... 😂
Cam & Finney Smith Yea
Give us Defense!!
I feel like they should get Jordan Clarkson for Nnaji, Pickett, and Saric
good video, just dont google google again.
Will do 😂
Hahaha trading MPJ for Zach straight up is even a terrible trade. To this trade I say GTFOH
What's good coop
Yerrr
They would be better off with Vucevic and for less money.
Zach Levine is so ass bro😂 no way anyone outside of Chicago is even entertaining this one
KEEP MPJ, ASK MURRAY NOT TO SUFFOCATE the BALL... & NUGGETS WOULD BE DANGEROUS AGAIN... & MAKE US HAPPY. TRADING PEOPLE... HURTS PEOPLE.
Calvin cant pretend to be smart no more cos he will be fired if he waste another year of Jokic prime!
Lavine wouldn’t come off the bench wtf lol
Lol Denver need to shake things ASAP. SMH
U so wrong on lavine, this isn't last month or last year on lavine .. hahahahah
Cam Johnson and Boggie would ve awesome but we would need to give a lot for them. I don’t know how a trade like that would work. Might need to trade MPJ and Braun for example and include a 2nd round too. Otherwise, I don’t see this happening since every team in the league is literally interested in Cam Johnson.
noone wants MPJ, bad contract and not expiring. next year he gone
This channel lol. As if the Nuggets (or anyone) are going to pick up that $46M Zach Lavine contract. Throw that Murray for Lavine thumbnail in the garbage.
No!!!!
Jamal was gonna be all star level if it wasn’t for the injury. He was trading blows with Donovan Mitchell in 2021 going 50 points per game in the playoffs
Yo
Yo
Problem is trash ass bench
Aaron Gordon and Zach Lavine potentially being teammates would be interesting
calvin boothe has been living off of tim conleys ring while being one of the absolute worst gm's in the nba by letting players walk year after year IF he does this trade for zach he WILL go down as one of the worst gms in nba ...the bulls must be salavating at the though they are going to be able to get one off on this idiot lol ....go after j.clarkson ot b ingram but lavine no way in hell the 2nd worst contract in the nba after bradley beal
The Nuggets are fine. They play consistent D, they can beat anybody.
If they trade mpj over murray or Gordon, I'm nonironicaĺly quitting the nuggets. I was 17 and a fan for 2 Years when they got him. If they trade him they will lose the trade. We may be over
FACK NOOOOO ZACK THIS GM ARE EL STUPIDO FAERD HEM
This is dumb.
