The course is looking awesome. Are the fairways being seeded to grow the grass, or is the team bringing in sod? I saw some sod around the greens, but I couldn’t tell if the fairways were getting the same treatment.
All those houses on that course have to be so happy the Bryan Bros took over. Talk about adding to your quality of life and not mention the value of their house.
Live in Savannah and seriously considering the national membership. You guys planning to do any big amateur or open tournaments there? Moved here from MN and one thing I noticed is there isn't much for tournaments down here in the SE. Back in MN, there are 5 really big 5-6 day amateur tournaments that are tons of fun and great exposure for the clubs
Everytime I watch these videos I wonder if the people that live around the course are happy or sad that your are rebuilding lol. I just think of the country club Carens that complain about living on a golf course... that was there when they bought the house.
I’ve been involved in building 3 golf courses also rebuilding greens . I know why George is so excited because you can’t imagine how fine the work is until the grass is in the first time you’re involved with the golf course construction.
You need to do an hour or so long documentary when you’re finished! I’m sure a lot of us would enjoy seeing the whole process in one take. Congratulations buddy!

This is amazing. Cannot wait to see this finished. The price to join is crazy cheap too. I live in the uk and £2000 is cheap here for average golf courses. Next time I come to USA I am coming to play here

I visited my uncle in Lexington and I drove by the course on 9/10 and the fairways looked MINT (I could not see anything else from the road). The consensus I got is the community is pumped for this to open!

Shout out to Connor. Fellow Miss State Alum here. MSU sucks at football but they can grow grass. Man the out of state membership deal is not bad. Me being the geezer that I am I doubt I would make it over enough to justify it but something to consider. The golf course is looking great.
There is no doubt in m mind that this will be the most appropriate venue to play an annual UA-cam Masters including youtubers from all over the world and subscribers from all over the world as well as having a LIV Tour / PGA tour event played there!!. I would love to see both!!

Living my dream, my family owns 750 acres around the base of the cascade mountains in Oregon and I have been pitching the idea of building a course there for a decade now…this video is adding to my fire and hopefully I’ll make it a reality someday
Is the course going to be private? I think thats what they said in the original video and I was disappointed. Golf should be more accessible, I like the Bryan's and enjoy the playing videos but us all getting to watch the making of a course none of us will ever be welcome at seems a little off. I wish them well with it though.

500 + 1500/year, i couldnt even get a pitch and putt membership for those prices around where I live, that's seriously insane.
