Try seed 565434523434556543452531 I just randomly tried it out and after walking around for a bit I found a hole going down into the ground it had lava and water and a pool of water at the top to the side. I walked further on and found a village a ruined portal. I looked in the chest there and found two flint and steel, enchanted golden boots a golden pick axe with the silk touch.
