I bought a 3 bedroom ( I have a fiancé and son) just to have a multi functional room for my indoor cycling setup and game/office space & never even thought of that unused closet space ! Brilliant idea !! I might set up a reading nook with all the extra room space I have now, trying to fit a desk and tv with a cycle setup was claustrophobic lol, that closet space opens up the room so much more
