Keep the ball at the side, make sure your fingers never go under. I know a lot of people who have a habit of putting their fingers under. I don’t call it, but it’s a bad habit

You realize the key to not carrying is like... Don't carry? You cannot put your ball side hand underneath the ball. Otherwise it's perfectly legal.

Mans got iverson cross and hesi all mixed up. What he is doing is actually called a hang, or float and he is hanging the ball into an iverson crossover.

I like to do a Shamgod sometimes, you've got to make them reach for it to work though so you got to practice the first part slowly and then snatching it back quickly.
