I’m glad it’s finally getting better but it’s still disappointing that we’ve had better before like with the quality of unleashed and older games and it’s embarrassing that it took this long. I just hope we can finally fully get back to that time period

Having Keanu comment "Perfect" for the highest rank is a neat nod to the actual Shadow the Hedgehog game where Shadow said the same thing for the highest ranks.
I miss the old "stage clear" quotes. Like from Unleashed and 06. Just hearing the characters remark how poorly/well they did is just a small yet effective way to show off their personalities. My favorites were for example: "Has one of my systems broke down?" (Omega) "Shoot. I still got a long way to go." (Knuckles) "Man... today is not my day!" (Sonic)
Movie shadow has a trail when he homing attacks, mid game dialogue,amazing looking mid game cutscenes, amazing looking rank animations, and each one he says something. These are the things I want 🥹
Not gonna lie, in my opinion, the S Rank animation should've been swapped with the A Rank animation. (same thing goes with the A Rank victory theme). It looks cooler than the S Rank one. Plus, Shadow flexes a bit more in it.
They didnt need to go that hard on these animations but Im glad they did! The stage was awesome like all other Shadow Generations levels. The next main Sonic game has the potential to be one of the bests

$6 for one stage seems quite steep. Tell me that this isn't the only stage for movie Shadow. At the very least they should have made his movie skin available for main game as well.
@@barebarekun161 Currently, this DLC includes Movie Shadow, Tokyo stage and two challenges for the Tokyo stage. Movie Shadow is not playable in the main campaign.
It’s $11 actually …. which does feel steep unless they are gonna give us act 2 once the movie is out. Especially if feels expensive when we don’t even get to use the movie skin outside the stage Maybe Keanu and the model cost them an arm and a leg. The terios skin and art book don’t feel like they make it worth it unless you are serious shadow fan which probably most of us playing the game are.
