I am a huge 21 Pilots fan. Hua Chenyu def goes down that path sometimes, but is so different as well. Love Hua Chenyu so much, and is my go to number one artist right now.
You are right buddy he is born to be on stage. He is totally different when he is not on stage. You can watch his personality in Ace vs Ace program in China and you will see the different on him infact he doesn't interested in music until one of his friend trick him into entering a music competition in 2013 call Super Boy and won the competition. Only than his music career took off with now the most influential singer in China

This is one of his best, and that is hard to categorize anything he performs. I love ALL of his performances. How he is able to put everything together into a magical creation is super. Sorry, I think I've heard Twenty One Pilots, but I'm from the Beatles era, so kind of quit listening to music until finding Marcelito to Dimash to HuaHua. Now, mostly just with Hua Chenyu. The music he creates soothes my soul, and takes me back to my childhood in the forest, stomping around that with my horse, singing. Thank you for going over, under, and through this song twice.

Fil, I just love your analysis of his songs! This is why he's considered a genius in composition and performance. Madhouse is the second song of a trilogy that's based on his life experiences. The first one, "I Really Want to Love This World” ua-cam.com/video/A6jy92Pjgpg/v-deo.html is for people fighting depression. The third song is Conversations with Martians (which he wrote the lyrics with his fans) ua-cam.com/video/1Li3dMm6sb0/v-deo.html. Because Hua suffered from depression, I think we definitely get the feeling in Madhouse that he was almost destroyed by it. Yet he consistently pushed through to escape with brief moments of freedom. Depression is like that. I still suffer from bouts of it. It's not like, oh one day you have it and the next it's cured. It's a struggle, whether with help or not, to pull yourself out of it with brief moments of freedom, yet to be pulled back again. I think this is why the trilogy means so much to me, because although different circumstances, I can relate to the feelings he went through. By the way, the piano music he plays right at the end is the intro to the 3rd song. :-)

Hua Hua is one of the very talented artists in China. He is a very creative person in his music. Can I introduce to you another artist from China called Zhou Shen? The song called 'Dalabengba'. That song originally was sung by a computer-made character for a video game. Zhou Shen performed this song with 6 different voices if you include the baby at the end. It has a girl(A Princess), a young boy(A Warrior), a King, himself as a narrator, a Dragon, and a baby at the end. No one ever tries to attempt to perform this song by one person. He got bullied a big-time when he was young just because his voice didn't change when puberty came but that was not his choice and people called him names..... because of that he didn't sing in front of people for a long time and he even tried to tone down his voice when he speaks. He has studied Dentistry in Ukraine when he was young but because of the language barriers, he changes to studied Classical music there instead. His goal is to combine Classical and Pop music together to introduce to those who didn't know what Classical music is. His vocal range is very wide and his breath control is very good. He is a polite, funny, and humble guy. He can sing at least over 10 different languages. He can even sing 6 different vocals in one song. His music has so many different genres. If you are willing to dig into his performances, you will be amazed by his talents. A lot of music can heal people's bodies but not many can heal people,'s, souls. Zhou Shen's music is one of them that can heal your souls.
