I made an idea notebook with idea pages where I tape pictures & notes to each page. It's been a crazy amount of fun and as I get new inspiration & ideas a quick way to get them down on paper so I don't forget! I, for one, am loving all this extra stay at home time and easily filling it with projects I never had enough time to get to before. I've also tossed my hurry up and get it done approach and taking a really relaxed laid back approach now. And, a daily sleep for an hour or so. Heaven! Thankfully friends are all staying in touch via video conferences & chats so the lack of socializing anguish is kept at bay. Watching these videos has been an amazing pleasure. Thanks so much & please keep them going.

Hi i really enjoy watching your vlogs. One tip that i have adopted is that i take pictures of my storage cupboards, like cleaning stuff, bathroom and craft stuff and i created a folder on my phone. That way when im out and goong to make an onpukse buy i just check my photo folder before i purchase anything. That way im controlling my finances and clutter at home. Stay safe and dont go out if not for necessity. Here in Malta people from 65 are advise to stay inside and schools are are closed. I still have to go to work as im a banker supporting businesses in this difficult time. Keep up the good work as you make us smile x.

Exercise is so important now. I'm in the 12 week stay at home group (asthma, I'm not in the high risk group), day 13 for me now, I've been doing at least 10k steps daily by running/walking on my landing and garden. My house and garden are quite small. We've pushed all the garden furniture and pots in the garden to the sides so there's more space to do a circuit there. Keep the videos coming Mr C, I'll watch anything you put out.
I saw you mentioned how some people portray a perfect dreamy life as you said there isn't anything wrong with that but I'm definitely a person that like to keep things real . I love that about you .

I'm such a list maker, I was actually making a to do list while watching your video. I limit the number of chores per day so I have realistic goals. However the sense of achievement is fantastic when you finish the list,. Have a beautiful Sunday and thanks again for continuing to post videos. They make such a difference in this crazy time xx
Another good thing to do is bag some charity shop stuff up for when things get back to normal because the shops will need items to fill up the shelves. I’m also doing a “things to do When things get back to normal” all the things I put off before.visiting more friends going to more events living more! I’m also learning a new skill, sign language. My craft project is I’m making a Pom Pom garland for the living room. Thank you for your videos mr. C xx

if you made a crafting live, with a preview list of supplies, and have it be just ordinary stuff and/or swappables - like yarn/string, paper bags, color pens/water color/paint, glue of some kind etc etc. it could be quite silly stuff, but everyone could craft along with you, and share their results! like a rooster-hat in paper, homemade gift bag, easter card or other stuff like that. not stuff you nessesarily keep, but a bit of fun! :-) lots of love, Jo from Sweden

When I did that it inspired me to bring in all my crafting bits as well! I had a couple of ideas for the future one was what do you collect (I have a load of the Christmas jigsaws like the one you are doing) and also creating meals or something to eat with those items you have in your cupboard that you just haven’t used? Anyway as always really enjoying all your videos!!🥰

I'm cutting out pretty hearts and flowers etc from old birthday cards. I put them on my jam, chutney an other jars tied with string. They look so pretty and cheer up the kitchen. It makes ordinary jars look lovely and you keep your lovely cards.

Suggestion for your craft cupboard, could you take the doors off and rig a blind up? I think it’s best to keep busy, although we are on “lockdown” we don’t have to “shut down” all those little jobs we’ve been putting off can now get done, and more,
You could think about other solutions to the sliding doors- could you convert them to hinged? Or add your own hinged doors? Or something else, like a roller blind.

I have a suggestion for these troubled times about what you might think about doing maybe at the end of your video you could do a word of the day in another language or sign language of the day. I posted to Kate today, how about doing a book club, but make it ebooks/kindle, so everyone can access the book. Maybe choosing books from the kindle scheme, where you pay £7.99 a month and you can get as many books as you like. Maybe even using audiobooks too? This could be something that you, Kate and Luke can do between the three of you?

I've been decorating jars of different sizes, made some as tea light/candle holders, others for sitting on my desk for bits and bobs...just anything to occupy my time lol.

I'm cutting out pretty hearts and flowers etc from old birthday cards. I put them on my jam, chutney an other jars tied with string. They look so pretty and cheer up the kitchen. It makes ordinary jars look lovely and you keep your lovely cards.
Loved your list of things to do. It made me realise how many things I could be getting on with. Can't wait to see u do a live video. X

Suggestion for your craft cupboard, could you take the doors off and rig a blind up? I think it’s best to keep busy, although we are on “lockdown” we don’t have to “shut down” all those little jobs we’ve been putting off can now get done, and more,

You could think about other solutions to the sliding doors- could you convert them to hinged? Or add your own hinged doors? Or something else, like a roller blind.

I have a suggestion for these troubled times about what you might think about doing maybe at the end of your video you could do a word of the day in another language or sign language of the day. It’s a nice way of learning something new and it could come in handy one day. Just a thought anyway x

I posted to Kate today, how about doing a book club, but make it ebooks/kindle, so everyone can access the book. Maybe choosing books from the kindle scheme, where you pay £7.99 a month and you can get as many books as you like. Maybe even using audiobooks too? This could be something that you, Kate and Luke can do between the three of you?
