This season of In Search of Speed kicked off in Ohau, New Zealand, where the women of the US Ski Team jumped straight into their training. Many of them headed into the season in hopes of a fresh start after being sidelined by injury, and many simply strove to make their mark on the 2016/17 World Cup circuit.
