Thats not even why he was arrested, it was because he did donuts in a dirt lot, slammed the door, jumped on it, and dumped the car, and another part was document forgery. The document forgery was for having 2 cars with the same plate. He's getting 2 years for wreckless driving and having 2 plates that are the same, which is utter bullshit and is at most worthy of a fine.

@@chadson5244 Forgery is a max of 6 months where I live in his scenario, 2 years is excessive anywhere you live and most I've ever seen someone get for it is a month here. Also, I don't give a shit if he spilt trans fluid, it had already all spilt out by the time he pushed it into the ditch through no fault of his own. He didn't push it into a river. maybe it drains into one, but that's not said anywhere. You're forcing the point as if you want him in jail no matter the crime.

Imagine if a group of Spanish expats/tourists came over to the UK and smashed up their car, dumped it in a verge/river, used illegal license plates, trespassed in closed places and private property, rode bikes down water slides, terrorised the streets, abused lockdown rules during pandemic, mocked the language and were rude to security, calling them 'crazy'. Then they laughed about it, recorded it all and posted it on UA-cam for views and money.
It cost Spanish environmental agency 2,000 Euros to remove the car and dispose of it. I mean it's totally disrespectful to the people and country that you are staying in. Whether that be Spain, the UK or anywhere. I used to be a big fan of Ryan, but the guy is an immature idiot and needs to do a year in prison. The guy needs a reality check. I feel sorry for his son. @Smoke_Kush depends on the forgery and the intent. Intent being a big part of the American justice system, which is why kids with fake id's that go for a couple drinks only get a night in jail, and why a criminal evading the cops gets months to years. I don't think ryan had the intent to use the plate for evading criminal acts, rather he just needed a plate to drive a car he couldn't be bothered to go through the process to put it on or couldn't pass emissions with the car, ie something even friends and family have done from time to time because emissions in themselves can be rather bullshit.
It's not criminal enough to lock someone up for 2 fucking years, hell even a month is too long to put someone in a cell for something as bullshit as that.
