These vlogs are awesome for getting an insight into life of a car dealer. Congrats on the 2 new business partners and wished success on the scaling up your business.
Well done Archie. This sounds a smart approach to me to enhance the business and some longevity and profitability. Look forward to buying from you in future too
Don't grow too quickly.. It's one of the biggest mistakes you can do. So many businesses go bust because of just that. You should be holding 10x the value of the company before you start expanding.
Exciting times. Getting support, investment and help from more experienced people is the smart way to grow. Mistakes are not bad as long as you learn from them and don't beat yourself up for making a mistake. Well done for everything you've done so far.
@ I am referring to the period when he established "NVM London," a business that started as wrapping exotic cars. At some point, he also began reselling sports cars also. It was 6-5 years ago. I remember a couple of videos where he traveled to Dubai to see and acquire some vehicles. More recently, he opened a Koenigsegg dealership. While the timeline may not align exactly with Archie’s, there are similarities.

@@fl.sal.27 NVM closed with redundancies. He also famously tried to rip off Litchfield motors, then there is the collaboration with Aston which I assume benefited him more than Aston. Oh and the Bunker room, whatever happened to that???? I don't see the relationship with Koenigsegg lasting too long either so if you see similarities between the two you probably also see dead people.
Before you started your own business was it not an option to go and spend some time working in your fathers business and learn the trade and the business basics that way. Perhaps your new opportunity would benefit from that extra knowledge and experience
Well done Archie for admitting that you need help, we all do. Best of luck on your journey.

His new partners will oust him within 6 months 😅😅
The grasshopper syndrome was inevitable. You need to focus on your core activity, not diversify at this stage.
How's your business doing???

Skipping training already, way to go boy. You suffered last time through lack of training so at least you know what to expect.
Surely you are unwrapping the car
