Thank you. I always enjoy your quizzes and learn. It is not important how many a person gets right . I find them a Blessing as spending time in Gods Word and learning. It is a Blessing either way knowing the answers or learning Have a Blessed day🙏
HALLELUJAH! That was a lot of fun. We always learn something in these quizzes, GOD bless everyone who plays, let us get greater understanding of the Jesus from GOD through the Spirit of Truth.
Thanks, fun quizz.... 30....and thanks so much for recording the book of Psalms, it is lovely to focus my mind on something higher than the days frustrations as I fall asleep🤗
Proverbs 16:18 "Pride goes before destruction (a breaking, fracture, crushing, breach, crash) And a haughty spirit before a fall (stumbling). I checked it in Bible Hub. Great tool! Not really synonymous.
The answer to #27 is incorrect. All ten Egyptian plagues are listed in Exodus. 1. Water to Blood - Ex 7:20 2. Frogs - Ex 8:6 3. Gnats - Ex 8:17 4. Flies - Ex 8:24 5. Livestock Dies - Ex 9:6 6. Boils - Ex 9:10 7. Hail - 9:23 8. Locusts - Ex 10:13 9. Darkness - Ex 10:22 10. Death of the Firstborn - Ex 12:29
I love bible trivia -I have to mention - question 5. The statement is :Cain's punishment for killing Abel was TO WANDER the earth forever. True or false? It's true !. You said false, that Cain wandered , But. there's no but, the statement didn't mention if Cain was marked or not. DID he wander? Genesis 4:12 (NIV) When you work the ground, it will no longer yield its crops for you. You will be a restless wanderer on the earth. So I got that right.
I agree that a fall and destruction are synonymous. Also all 10 plagues are listed in Exodus. Otherwise great quiz and I missed 5. Not bad. Keep up the good work!
I missed 4 but I do not agree with 27. All the plagues were preformed in the book of Exodus so how could they not all be listed there. The Exodus out of Egypt did not occur until all 10 plagues happened. Just saying. Thank you for the quizzes, I truly enjoy them🙂
Hello! Missed 4 I think, and since I only guessed a very few, it's a good day for me. #7--As far as Ecclesiastes, if I had to choose, I'd say Solomon is The Preacher. I was going to scan through it real quick so as to maybe have more to say about it since I haven't read it in probably a year, but as I started... And then stopped... That's the book that depresses the heck out of you, isn't it? I don't think there would be much controversy about that 😄 #20--Yes he did, which would mean the Amalekite stretched the truth a bit. #27--a commenter may be correct about the plagues. I thought logically and assumed they were all in Genesis, and Then they 'Exited' :D #29--Got that one right! After at least 2 Decades, found out Just Yesterday that pride does not go before a fall... #9--saving the best for last ... Now you've started a Real controversy between me and myself. Had to pause and think on that 1. Of course Lucifer is Satan...! All that stuff about son of the morning, fallen from heaven, him exalting above... ascending above... But then, why would he ask...??? Wasn't sure... Guessed wrong... Took notes on the name... (v16 mentions 'man'). Still not sure, *but do you think it may refer to both...??? I'll ponder that some more at a later date. That one's going to be going around, and around, and around, in my head for some time now. Thaannnks! :p :D Had a blast 😊Thanks so much. 🙏❤
I missed 6 out of the 35. I think I’d done better if my husband hadn’t kept talking to me while I was taking the quiz. I had to keep stopping to say, “What, what did you say” 😂 Besides that, I know I still would have missed at least 4 because I was like 😳…brain just went blank.😂 Great quiz and it was pretty easy. Thank you!
33/35 The authorship of Ecclesiastes and the authorship of the Letter to the Hebrews are both open to question. There are still Bibles printed today that attribute Paul as the author of the Epistle to the Hebrews. There is also Psalm 151 which while noted as "being outside the number" is also found in the deuterocanonical books in a number of Bibles.
Even English is not my own language, but six I answered wrong, but question 9 I’m not agree with your answer, probably in my Bible translation is different, them English Bible. Thank you 🙏👍
Cute, but not difficult. #5 Gen 4:16, Then Cain went away from the presence of the LORD, and dwelt in the land of Nod, east of Eden. East in the Old Testament represents exile or from where troubles come. #7 Okay. I would say unknown, but likely to be Solomon. Qoheleth (aka The Preacher) isn't really a name. It means one who assembles or gathers. Claims to be son of David, that narrows it to about 35 that we know of. Claims to be king in Jerusalem, so far as royalty, that means about 14. But if king means one in authority, the field gets wider again. So while Solomon is a good guess, lack of definition still leave it as a guess. #11 Maybe maybe not, sort of like #7. It seems Paulian in nature but not so much in form. Not enough evidence for a True-False statement. #14 He got 666 talents of gold just before the Queen of Sheba came. #20 Not quite. 2 Sam 1:4-10 #30 & 31 Think about the relativity here. The second is the reverse of the first.
No. 20 Actually 2 Sam. tells it a little dif/ferent /Ch.1;7-10 The man that came from Saul's camp finished him as his life lingered. / No. 27 You are wrong! All 10 plagues are in Ex. chs 7 to 11
All 10 judgements on Egypt are mentioned in Exodus. I have them highlighted in my bible.
# 29. I think to fall is to be destroyed. Love the quizzes. I have only gotten them all right once! Wrong answers are my study lessons. Thank you.
Missed 4. Thank you for these quizzes!
