Theory: I've realised that mono originally had no intentions of going to the signal tower. After they entered the pale city they had plenty of opportunities to make a beeline for the signal tower but instead they kept moving forward. Mono only went to the signal tower when 6 was kidnapped. He seemed to know where he was going so my question is where was he so intent on going?
I think he was always planning on going to the signal tower because it calls him. There's lots of cliffs and destroyed roads in the city tho so maybe the one he fights Thin Man on is the only clear path to the tower so he was trying to reach it.
Yeah I think he was trying to go to the signal tower. Because when he finds a tv, he tried to go in and open the door. That happens like three different times I think. But six kept pulling him back... but wait yeah. Him and six were heading somewhere else too. What would have happened if he opened the door in the first place without ever catching six or six pulling him out? Or what if she pulled him out again on the last one and never got caught, where would they have gone?
@@CoffeeNRoblox No idea but now I think about it, six probably left mono because he was a magnet for trouble, sure he rescued her a few times, but it was because she followed him she had to be rescued in the first place. That and the realization he is the thin man and the destruction of her sage place is most likely why she didn't want him around.

i have a theory that the hunter might have been the doctors student because he has prosthetics in his atic and he knows how to stitch himself up. i havnt seen anyone else with this theory
Although a fun theory, there's nowhere in the pale city where the doctor could teach anybody how to use protestics and stitching. It's a nice head canon but the hunter probably knows all these things becuase of taxidermy.
I was kinda worried for her heath the first time i saw her, also (puttin my tinfoil hat on) what if it was a leech from the first game that caused it to bleed so much because leeches(I think this is true.) have a venom of some kind that thins your blood and prevents it from clotting.
I noticed the model for the patient on the heart monitor had hook hands and peg legs, but when you switch off the life support machine the patient has fingers and a thumb, not a hook. The reason I'm pointing it out is because the devs didn't intend for players to ever see the patient, so they put a place holder model in, but the shadow having hands and also being the thing visible to the player playing the game must be what the devs intended for the player to take away from this.
Dang, Pale City is depressing. Well, the whole little nightmares fandom is- I really hope that in LN 3 (if they *HOPEFULLY* make one!) Six and Mano meet again and patch things up because they’re friendship was so adorableeee and I really hope they forgive each other. The spoon girl might be the girl from very little nightmare, at the end of very little nightmare, she fell in water, after she fell she somehow gets in the hospital
A problem with this theory is that we can see that the Pretendor and the girl in the raincoat both die in the water, proven to us by the raincoat floating up and out of the water
This has nothing to do with the subject of the doctor but i have a theory, and im not sure if someone has cover it yet (it may not be an original theory but this just came out to my mind) Little nightmares 2 is indeed a sequel and it's not Mono's nightmare, but Six's. (This will not be a long elaborated theory, just some thoughts) Six is afraid of being imprisoned because of what the janitor did to her in the maw, that's why she follows and helps Mono, because he saved her from her moments of captivity (in the haunter's house, school etc...). Six wants to be a "normal" child or at least be able to live her childhood, she is always coping Mono and following him around with several toys that might mean that even inside a broken child there's still a child. Six tries to have a nice time when Mono is arround her but let's not forget that she is living a nightmare. Six slowly tries to forget about the Maw but her trauma does not allow her to, thats why we see her turn slowly in a monster, her biggest fear, to become what she most hattered. Killing in a brutal way a student, breaking the manequins hands, vibing to a burning corpse... All of that slowly reminds her of what she once was in the maw, a monster. At the end, Six totally transforms into a monster, even if she goes back to normal later she has totally embraced her most damaged and despicable part of herself, that's why she dropps Mono, not because she wanted to betray him but because she saw on him all the humanity she was lacking and feels guilty because she knows she is a better person than her, thats why she dropps him into the depths, to become corrupted just like her. In the secret ending, when she sees her shadow form materializing (this could be a reference of how her evilness became her own self and she embraced it with no problem) she then takes a look to a picture of the Maw. This could be the point when she realises all of what she has done and her awful memories start to raise as she becomes self-conscious that she is living her own nightmare and that everything she had is now gone. Both Mono and her humanity. I'm not sure if that makes really much sense, i dont have any explanation for what the raincoat could mean or why we find it on Pale City but i needed to write that down U^^}
Theory:Wait when thats an endless Loop than all the people Like Hunter or techer will come Back as a kid maybe the kids from the Comic are the opponents on little Nightmare and the kids have Powers and they will Be grow very fast Up and if they also put on the masks like the teacher then there could be something on the theory sorry not they best theory
I know theres the theory that the lollipop kid is the barber because of how close he resembles him, but if the barber was cut out ( he isnt in the game, maybe later he might be DLC but we dont know), is it possible the lollipop kid is the doctor? theyre both bigger size and doctor offices usually have lollipops for kids after check ups and stuff. The lollipop kid did try to check the situation to see if a kid (which turned out to be a bully) died too, so he cares for human lives like a doctor, which might be why the doctor throws a spoon to the pigtail girl. Also maybe thats why the doctor makes mannequins just because he saw the bullies who are kind of like the mannequins but its his attempt of saving people, like he tried to check up on the now dead bully because he had hope that he could save/help another child like him. Barber theory is probably best bet, but you never know

What if their powers came from their backstories? The Lady - She was bullied for looking old even while being young, to the point of physically hurting her. She grew heartless even before the Signal. After the Signal, she absorbed children’s youth to stay young, but mirrors show her true face. The Doctor - He was in prosthetic early training, and always messed up atleast a little bit. He was deemed to untrustful, and he experimented on mannequins. During a experiment, he became messed up in the legs, and could either no longer move or move, yet barely. After the Signal, he clinged to the roof. The Hunter - Like the Lady, he always got bullied for liking to hunt. He tried med school a little, and went back to big game hunting. But he messed up, and his face was ruined. He hid his face from everyone, insecure about it. The attack gave him PTSD, and then the Signal came. His PTSD was always triggering every time he saw moving things in the dark. The Janitor - He was born without arms or hands, and was teased but not full on bullied. He got prosthetics from the doctor before the signal, and like i said, the prosthetics messed up. But because of the prosthetics, he managed to atleast know how to use his arms. After the Signal, he grew arms, and worked as a Janitor. Why does he not kill us when he gets us? He has trauma with children, since he was a Janitor at the hospital after his prosthetics, and encountered alot of dead children in the ward. When he sees a live child, he immediately wants to keep it safe. You may copy and paste this, but please give credit. I spent a long time on this.
Theory: Gliching Remains are created when something scary or tragic happens to the host. Six gets kidnapped when her glitch appears. Still it can be the spoon girl because she realized that she made a circle wile trying to escape. She got really sad. When she left the room she left her gliching remain.
Theory: What if the weird flesh we see at the end of chapter 5 is souls of children that were squished by the flesh and the children who got squished from the flesh TURNED into flesh
So where did the guests come from? Because there is no trace of them at the pale city, I can only think maybe they dissappeared hence the clothes lying around, but the clothes are to small for the guests to wear

The doctor was probably a guest who actually decided to get a job and not be a lazy slob, and he didn't feel like crawling on the floor to be recognized as a good for nothing guest so he decided to crawl on the roof

Your theory about the girl in the pigtails was wrong though. You can go to the room she was kept in; with the hole and the tally-marks and see a glitch right next to the hole. To pretend THAT glitch belonged to someone else; but believe the patient in the hospital was the little girl just because she was in the hospital at one-point-in-time just seems like you're blindly believing the theory because you want to; but it just doesn't hold up at all. Nothing suggests that's the little girl aside from existing in the hospital at one time.

Gamersault: i don't think that's the hunter in the picture on the side of the wall if you look at the picture itself the man has a whole different set of cloths and has a rope around his neck plus a sack that's similar to the hunter's but way smaller And there is another picture of the same guy or girl with the same cloth and rope around he/she neck but different face.

The Thin Man turned six into the monster. Because he knew he would be betrayed so he was trying to save himself from being stuck in the radio tower. Six knew his face after being captured, and seeing Mono’s face is why she dropped him. Six is known to be someone to hold a grudge against someone who hurt her so it made sense. The Thin man wouldn’t have existed without the betrayal of Six so saying Mono is Six’s dad is a stretch

Anyone else wonder why the doctor was never on the poster/game advertisement for Little Nightmares 2? Sure, it could be because you don't encounter him for a while or he could have been developed later on. But the Thin Man is already spoiled on there and even The Hunter is on there and he has the less screen time?
Theory: Time is broken in the world because of the signal tower. More so, multiple timelines are being crossed besides Mono's Paradox. The six children in the comic all grown up to be a villain Six and Mono encounters. The Lollipop kid is the barber (overall appearance), the girl in the pink tails is the teacher (tally marks on wall and chalk board), the ghost kid is the hunter (they're both missing their right arm), and the blindfold kid is the janitor (only character where specifically their eyes are covered). However, I'm not too sure if Six is the Lady, it seems like that on the surface, but Little Nightmares is more deep and complex than that. Reason why I don't think Lady is Six is because the Lady's whole thing is that she thinks she's ugly (because she's old) and needs the life of others to stay alive. Six's thing is that she's hungry, and after consuming the lady, that hunger is fulfilled, hence why she left the Maw. Plus, both Six and the Lady cared for a female girl who're definitely not the same person. The girl in the yellow raincoat (not Six) died early on, giving Six survivors guilt, making her act so strange with trusting Mono in the first place. I believe that with the Lady, accidentally drained the youth of the girl she cared about, turning into the granny. They look extremely similar. And the granny was left to the depths of the Maw, still being fed because the Lady couldn't bare to look at her, and at the same time, kill her. Also, it's possible that the reason why Six dropped Mono is for her own survival, nothing personal. The signal tower needs a host in order to stay alive. If they both left, the signal tower would've collapsed as well as the city. One K.O is better than Two.
Okay there are two explanations I have for six being the lady. Either a. she is not THE lady but the NEXT lady, there is a picture of 5 ladies, and six would be the sixth. Or b. after dropping mono, the survivors guilt and overall lack of empathy, she thought of herself as a monster and that's all she could see herself as while being the lady. We know some mirrors in this world have powers, like the one used to kill the lady, and the one that disfigures the kids in the comics. I think the north wind knows this and with its power possibly taunts the lady by making her ugly so she is stressed, and or anxious, her description states the maw is the only place that makes sense so perhaps it is trying to destabilize the maw? And when it realizes that it won't work he makes a mirror that can kill the lady for six.
maybe the mannequins can walk in the dark because as kids we’re all scared of them moving without our knowledge. when we don’t see them, we think they’re moving....or at least its just me
I think they were corpses and were brought back to life and the reason the light makes them go still is it paralyzes them bc its like the light from them getting brought back to life
The hunter may be a mannequin himself. Think about it, he's covered head to toe so is in permanent darkness meaning he can move whenever and wherever he wants cos even if you shine the light on him, the clothing stops it getting through to him and therefore doesn't affect him. This is supported by the patient Mono kills as he or she is also covered up entirely, and is seemingly able to move even under the lights. This would also better explain why the hunter has spare mannequin parts at his house/shack in the attic.
k but like what defines "covered" because the mannequins arent naked, and they don't have heads to be exposed to it... so is it like their neck is exposed causing them to freeze?

Something I’ve noticed is that the three antagonists of the game are people that children would usually be scared of, a lot of children stories that involve hunters or the forest tend to portray the hunter as an intimidating or evil figure, a lot of teachers take advantage of their roles and abuse their students trust and many children are scared of going to the hospital or doctor as they represent either you or your loved ones being sick or hurt. It’s possible that this game is portraying a normal situation that seems terrifying to a child’s eyes.
I feel like the game contradicts the silent aspect of the character as he was really the loudest in the game. Either way though I really love the lore and theories of this universe
I do think that we are just seeing through The Eyes considering We are playing q video game while LN2 seems more like a show and I believe that Eyes are just viewers so I don't thinks Eyes are the main villain in the story and I do think Pale city is not that important but a little bit more
I was thinking that maybe the doctor is desperate to help someone, thus resulting in him creating his own ways to fulfill that strong addiction to helping. Strong emotions feel like a theme in the series. EX: The teacher and her teaching, The hunter and his taxidermy, and The Lady and her wanting to feed.
@@aidanwicab1488 as Mono is in a loop of being the thin man. Six turns into the lady when she decides to eat her and absorb her powers. Concept art for the other children is out and if we can connect some obvious dots such as the kid with one arm being the hunter and pig tails kid as the teacher. The girl with the pig tails always scratches the wall with a spoon as the teacher seems to do aswell with chalk. Chubby kid with a lollipop can possibly be the barber whom is not yet revealed (dlc maybe?) Just a theory though.
I find it more likely it would be traumatic flashbacks to the operating lights while the doctor was doing his operation on the patients. They all used to be human after all, and it would take some serious surgery to make them into what they are now...
Bruh they are not mannequins, they are human torsos and sometimes with a head with prosthetics. The things keeping the before this human is probably keeping the patient alive and they stop in light as it reminds them of the operating rooms harsh light. I beleve they are still alive but unaware.
First of all, don't take a theory as a fact, and second, as Nina Tote said, a human cannot live without a head. Personally, I think they are using most of their vital organs to keep the body living plus some dark magic (the lady's powers). I think the light is related to the doctor wanting them to stay still, so therefore they freeze when light is shined upon them.
The doctor is always upside down with his eyes would go to the back of his head to see what is below him that would explain why his skin is really saggy when he is right side up
My thoughts on the language within Little Nightmares 2… The spoken language of the Pale City is incredibly difficult to make sense of, as it primarily consists of what most would consider gibberish. But it’s not. The spoken language has rhythm, it has purpose, as all language does, which is to express thought and communicate. This can be inferred from the various channels broadcasted throughout the Pale City, which can be heard and understood to some degree, whether it’s an urgent news report, advertisement for a product, a standup comedy skit, or a speech. All of that could be brought to mind from various aspects of our life and the world around us without having to completely understand the language. Or… the spoken language could simply be incredibly distorted, as the Transmission that emits from the Signal Tower most often corrupts all aspects of life. This idea can be seen within the school. While within the Pale City school, we come across a small group of porcelain children engaged in a game of jump-rope. While doing so, they begin to sing a song, though it’s incredibly difficult to understand, as the children do not appear to speak an actual language. The song they are attempting to replicate is “Down in the Valley Where the Green Grass Grows” which is a jump-rope rhyme sung by English-speaking children, which originated from the late 19th century and continued into the early 20th century. The written language seen on various advertisements within the Pale City vaguely resembles Hiragana, a form of syllabic writing used in Japan. Though despite this, the language within the Pale City is completely unique and cannot be deciphered. Also, a fun little fact, the names of three porcelain children have been given. One male porcelain child is named Benny, while the other is named Truls. For the female porcelain child, her name is Jennifor. All three names originate from various regions within Europe.
I think the doctors vision has indeed been distorted by the eye, pun intended. The doctor like the rest of the characters in little nightmares were left behind to fulfill their duties, and even though the eye has transformed then into grotesque and deformed beings they still got a job to do. If you were near death and the only one who could save you was a one armed man would you let him operate on you to save your life or no? What I've learnt from watching these theory videos is that, Our reality could shape itself into something far more stranger such is the universe of little Nightmares. Where being a kid is pretty much a death sentence. You know when I was 6 or 7 I got lost in a mall for 30 minutes and as a kid that was a traumatic experience. Like six and milo I encountered some very interesting things and people. I was lucky I didnt get kidnapped and was brought back to my mom by a kind stranger. But what if that didnt happen? That unfortunately happens in our world. Anyway I just wanna say I enjoy the videos and I absolutely love the lore of LN. Keep up the great work.
What if thin man is going around finding children to keep them from being corrupted by the tower, which is why we see the glitches? What if they aren't just glitches but the corruption that started to grow inside the kids and he just separates them?
My theory is that the Teacher, Hunter and Doctor might actually suffer from a trauma in their past. The Hunter might have lost his family, which is why he has these three corpses in his livingroom, to get over said loss. The Teacher is a little tricky, but what if she had been bullied by her students? I mean, why else would all of her students be bullies? (This one is the weakest) And the Doctor might just have failed as a doctor. And now desperatly tries to "help" his "patients", even tho he is creating mindless zombies in that sense.
Yo. I don't know how I JUST noticed this, but when I saw a picture of the barber, I was all like, "Hey maybe that's how the ghost child lost an arm!". Maybe that has some merit?
It’s probably that the ghost kid is the hunter, because they are both missing an arm, and maybe the kid lost his arm in a trap that either he set or someone else set. Not my theory but I’m just spreading thoughts and ideas.
I feel bad for him, When I played I thought he was a caring person who wanted to help people but something happened and his patients dissapeared so he went crazy "helping" manekins and that other person who was the only patient left, I felt so bad for killing that person
3:27 in an interview with Tarsia studios, When asked the question "Is Six related to the Lady?" They responded with: "the reality is that these two characters have been thrown together by forces beyond their control. The child wants to escape and the adult wants to keep the child trapped forever. How people see that as a mother-daughter relationship, I just don’t know." The theory of the doctor adapting to climb along the ceiling, rather than limiting his amount of patients and their various parts reminds me of a hoarder resorting to using a bucket rather than keep the water on or fixing a toilet. The teacher has porcelain students because she inevitably hits her students hard enough to destroy them and porcelain is less costly than a life.

Honestly for me, I think the doctor and teacher were once children just mono and six,coz in the comics it explains the children had powers if i recall,I think they all kinda ended messed up coz the radio tower did something to em,since mono is the tall man and six is the lady,only explains that the doctor and teacher were once children that six met and later made paintings of.....or something 😅😅😅
If the teacher can turn kids into the doll things maybe she did that to the lollipop kid. I was thinking that the kid she was beating could have been him before becoming a doll child. You could even hear gasping for air which a real child would do.
I believe the doctor moves about on the ceiling because if he was on the ground the patients may attack or mob him, demanding to be treated first before the other patients arguing amongst them selves, but the doctor has other priorities and does not want distraction, but he needs them to continue his experiments. Also the light freezing the patients seems reminiscent of old mental asylums and the old treatments they did around 1930s
What is "The Eye" exactly? Would love a video on it, the way you speak about it, it seems like a satient entity which is manipulating the pale city. But is it just the pale city? Where did it come from? So many questions
I still find it impossible for six to be the lady, Since six doesn’t seem to have much connection to the lady at all. The origins of six are shown in very little nightmares and she seems to have no connection with her. I think instead of thinking she is the lady maybe look at it a different way like maybe now that she has the lady’s power she has to take on a certain roll or will have to, separating the thoughts that she is the lady. I also find it weird how if the lady was six why she would at all try to fight herself as well as I find it interesting how six wasn’t born with the lady’s powers unlike how mono has always had the powers of thin man because he is him. I think that six being the lady is a stretch, but this is my opinion. Oh and one more thing if six was the lady why would she do all the things she does when six herself has been in-prisoned many times with how she was trapped in the nest, as well as by the hunter, and then by the bullies, by thin man,The list goes on. I find it interesting that after all this she would be the reason for it since the lady is most likely the mother of or in some sort of way related to the pretender. So if lady is six why would she make all this just for her younger self to go through it all over it’s also not confirmed that the game is a loop.

Yeah and where did Mono even come from?? We see him being spit out by a tv so he clearly knew he had powers from the start? Is he trying to find the pale city, being attracted to the tower?? Has he been wandering throughout the world, traveling by the televisions he finds? Like- six didn't have powers (that we know of) before she got taken and her and glitch six was separated. But it seems Mono always had his powers 🤔
I have a theory. In the residence dlc, there are many shadow like children. Almost like the glitches. They disappear and dissolve when in light. The children are made by the Lady, and as you said, all of the main antagonists have the power to give life. So what if the “Life” given to them, is the dark magic of the lady. So what if the mannequins are made from the same magic as the shadow children, but not purely. They are made from a small bit of the magic, therefore they do not disappear when they are in light.
I doubt it too because in order for her to be in such horrible condition that meant the doctor hurt her and a doctor isn't meant to hurt their patient but heal them instead. Unless she was messing with the mannequins got fkd up and he had to stitch her back up and put her on life support
Perhaps there is no timeloop, and Mono just replaced the Thin Man, but didn't become him. It makes sense, the tower needed a new powerful host, so when Six dropped Mono they turned him into their new host, it wouldn't be out of the question for the tower being to have the ability to change someone's appearance and clothing.
I think it flew by people's heads but Tarsier Studios said it was the final game of the series. Luckily, Bandai wants more content for the fans since both games were well received so a new studio will most likely be making a third installment.

I feel like they are showing what we look like, to outside species, whom tried to recreate humanity but caused a loop, the reason they grow so bug is because there powers make em grow HUGE, since they gain there powers from certain things, humans, food, signal towers, etc..
I believe that the pigtail girl's HEART is inside the patient. After the doctor found her and locked her in a hospital room, he started planning his most important surgery yet. Having a child to use instead of adults augmented by the signal tower, this may be his best chance at creating real life. The way he cares for this patient, tracking its heart, frantically running to it as it dies, it all suggests that he transplanted her heart into that patient in a hope of creating a fully functioning human. The doctor doesn't think he's fixing these people. He's trying to bring them back from the dead! (Note the intact bodies in the morgue) The doctor knows he's failing, but he keeps on trying. He fails to bring them back over and over, discarding his failed attempts by shoving them into the dark depths of the hospital. This is why only some of the patients chase after us. It's because the moving ones were his closest attempts to life and yet, they still failed to be real people again. But soon, a child stumbles into the hospital, a child with a bearing heart! The doctor couldn't pass up this opportunity. He transplanted her heart into the chest of one of his patients. This was his closest attempt to finally bringing someone back from the dead! I think that the patient is roger. I think little nightmares 2 is a broken timeline, it’s a prequel but I think there’s more too it. The timeline is going forward, but things from the first game are in the second and visa versa. The patients face looks very similar to Rogers, aswell as the proportions, short legs, big head. The reason it has no long arms? When was the last time we saw roger? We cut his arms off. This happened after the second game, but again the timeline is distorted and broken. The thing that confirms this to me is the mask hanging up of Rogers face. There is t masks of any other bosses there, just him. But I don’t think that it’s intended for roger, in the first game you can clearly see he isn’t wearing a wooden mask, i think that the doctor makes replicas of his patients faces to study on his pursuit to make the perfect human. That’s why he has masks of people from the maw, perhaps the ones that survived came to him because they were sick from eating that much? It could be any reason, but I think that he uses them to try and construct a “perfect face”. Also, when you cut his arms off in the first game, there is no blood or gore, it barely looks like flesh, more like rubber, this could be the prosthetics the doctor gave him, perhaps the doctor gave him long arms because he was short and blind, as they would help him in catching children. This would mean that when you see him on the first game, you have already cut his arms off, you have already turned off his life support, but it is the first time you have seen him. I think this really adds something more to the game, and I would love to hear anyone else’s theory’s.
IMO, the whole world is based on the magic of imagination. The teacher believes she is teaching children, so porcelian children exisit for her to teach. The doctor believes he is healing patients, so mannequins exisit for him to treat. We believe are playing a game, so characters exisit for us to play. Theory: I've realised that mono originally had no intentions of going to the signal tower. After they entered the pale city they had plenty of opportunities to make a beeline for the signal tower but instead they kept moving forward. Mono only went to the signal tower when 6 was kidnapped. He seemed to know where he was going so my question is where was he so intent on going?
I think he was always planning on going to the signal tower because it calls him. There's lots of cliffs and destroyed roads in the city tho so maybe the one he fights Thin Man on is the only clear path to the tower so he was trying to reach it.

Yeah I think he was trying to go to the signal tower. Because when he finds a tv, he tried to go in and open the door. That happens like three different times I think. But six kept pulling him back... but wait yeah. Him and six were heading somewhere else too. What would have happened if he opened the door in the first place without ever catching six or six pulling him out? Or what if she pulled him out again on the last one and never got caught, where would they have gone?

I noticed the model for the patient on the heart monitor had hook hands and peg legs, but when you switch off the life support machine the patient has fingers and a thumb, not a hook. The reason I'm pointing it out is because the devs didn't intend for players to ever see the patient, so they put a place holder model in, but the shadow having hands and also being the thing visible to the player playing the game must be what the devs intended for the player to take away from this.

Dang, Pale City is depressing. Well, the whole little nightmares fandom is- I really hope that in LN 3 (if they *HOPEFULLY* make one!) Six and Mano meet again and patch things up because they’re friendship was so adorableeee and I really hope they forgive each other. The spoon girl might be the girl from very little nightmare, at the end of very little nightmare, she fell in water, after she fell she somehow gets in the hospital

This has nothing to do with the subject of the doctor but i have a theory, and im not sure if someone has cover it yet (it may not be an original theory but this just came out to my mind)
Little nightmares 2 is indeed a sequel and it's not Mono's nightmare, but Six's.
(This will not be a long elaborated theory, just some thoughts)
Six is afraid of being imprisoned because of what the janitor did to her in the maw, that's why she follows and helps Mono, because he saved her from her moments of captivity (in the haunter's house, school etc...).
Six wants to be a "normal" child or at least be able to live her childhood, she is always coping Mono and following him around with several toys that might mean that even inside a broken child there's still a child.
Six tries to have a nice time when Mono is arround her but let's not forget that she is living a nightmare. Six slowly tries to forget about the Maw but her trauma does not allow her to, thats why we see her turn slowly in a monster, her biggest fear, to become what she most hattered.
Killing in a brutal way a student, breaking the manequins hands, vibing to a burning corpse... All of that slowly reminds her of what she once was in the maw, a monster.
At the end, Six totally transforms into a monster, even if she goes back to normal later she has totally embraced her most damaged and despicable part of herself, that's why she dropps Mono, not because she wanted to betray him but because she saw on him all the humanity she was lacking and feels guilty because she knows she is a better person than her, thats why she dropps him into the depths, to become corrupted just like her.
In the secret ending, when she sees her shadow form materializing (this could be a reference of how her evilness became her own self and she embraced it with no problem) she then takes a look to a picture of the Maw.
This could be the point when she realises all of what she has done and her awful memories start to raise as she becomes self-conscious that she is living her own nightmare and that everything she had is now gone.
Both Mono and her humanity.
I'm not sure if that makes really much sense, i dont have any explanation for what the raincoat could mean or why we find it on Pale City but i needed to write that down U^^}

I know theres the theory that the lollipop kid is the barber because of how close he resembles him, but if the barber was cut out ( he isnt in the game, maybe later he might be DLC but we dont know), is it possible the lollipop kid is the doctor? theyre both bigger size and doctor offices usually have lollipops for kids after check ups and stuff. The lollipop kid did try to check the situation to see if a kid (which turned out to be a bully) died too, so he cares for human lives like a doctor, which might be why the doctor throws a spoon to the pigtail girl. Also maybe thats why the doctor makes mannequins just because he saw the bullies who are kind of like the mannequins but its his attempt of saving people, like he tried to check up on the now dead bully because he had hope that he could save/help another child like him. Barber theory is probably best bet, but you never know

What if their powers came from their backstories?
The Lady - She was bullied for looking old even while being young, to the point of physically hurting her. She grew heartless even before the Signal. After the Signal, she absorbed children’s youth to stay young, but mirrors show her true face.
The Doctor - He was in prosthetic early training, and always messed up atleast a little bit. He was deemed to untrustful, and he experimented on mannequins. During a experiment, he became messed up in the legs, and could either no longer move or move, yet barely. After the Signal, he clinged to the roof.
The Hunter - Like the Lady, he always got bullied for liking to hunt. He tried med school a little, and went back to big game hunting. But he messed up, and his face was ruined. He hid his face from everyone, insecure about it. The attack gave him PTSD, and then the Signal came. His PTSD was always triggering every time he saw moving things in the dark.
The Janitor - He was born without arms or hands, and was teased but not full on bullied. He got prosthetics from the doctor before the signal, and like i said, the prosthetics messed up. But because of the prosthetics, he managed to atleast know how to use his arms. After the Signal, he grew arms, and worked as a Janitor. Why does he not kill us when he gets us? He has trauma with children, since he was a Janitor at the hospital after his prosthetics, and encountered alot of dead children in the ward. When he sees a live child, he immediately wants to keep it safe.

Theory: Gliching Remains are created when something scary or tragic happens to the host. Six gets kidnapped when her glitch appears. Still it can be the spoon girl because she realized that she made a circle wile trying to escape. She got really sad. When she left the room she left her gliching remain.
So basically...this doctor guy is the medic from TF2 but more...sadistic and... monstereous than the medic himself?

Your theory about the girl in the pigtails was wrong though. You can go to the room she was kept in; with the hole and the tally-marks and see a glitch right next to the hole. To pretend THAT glitch belonged to someone else; but believe the patient in the hospital was the little girl just because she was in the hospital at one-point-in-time just seems like you're blindly believing the theory because you want to; but it just doesn't hold up at all. Nothing suggests that's the little girl aside from existing in the hospital at one time.

The Thin Man turned six into the monster. Because he knew he would be betrayed so he was trying to save himself from being stuck in the radio tower. Six knew his face after being captured, and seeing Mono’s face is why she dropped him. Six is known to be someone to hold a grudge against someone who hurt her so it made sense. The Thin man wouldn’t have existed without the betrayal of Six so saying Mono is Six’s dad is a stretch

Anyone else wonder why the doctor was never on the poster/game advertisement for Little Nightmares 2? Sure, it could be because you don't encounter him for a while or he could have been developed later on. But the Thin Man is already spoiled on there and even The Hunter is on there and he has the less screen time?
Theory: Time is broken in the world because of the signal tower. More so, multiple timelines are being crossed besides Mono's Paradox. The six children in the comic all grown up to be a villain Six and Mono encounters. The Lollipop kid is the barber (overall appearance), the girl in the pink tails is the teacher (tally marks on wall and chalk board), the ghost kid is the hunter (they're both missing their right arm), and the blindfold kid is the janitor (only character where specifically their eyes are covered).
However, I'm not too sure if Six is the Lady, it seems like that on the surface, but Little Nightmares is more deep and complex than that. Reason why I don't think Lady is Six is because the Lady's whole thing is that she thinks she's ugly (because she's old) and needs the life of others to stay alive. Six's thing is that she's hungry, and after consuming the lady, that hunger is fulfilled, hence why she left the Maw. Plus, both Six and the Lady cared for a female girl who're definitely not the same person. The girl in the yellow raincoat (not Six) died early on, giving Six survivors guilt, making her act so strange with trusting Mono in the first place. I believe that with the Lady, accidentally drained the youth of the girl she cared about, turning into the granny. They look extremely similar. And the granny was left to the depths of the Maw, still being fed because the Lady couldn't bare to look at her, and at the same time, kill her.
Also, it's possible that the reason why Six dropped Mono is for her own survival, nothing personal. The signal tower needs a host in order to stay alive. If they both left, the signal tower would've collapsed as well as the city. One K.O is better than Two.
I like the granny idea becuase it's a reason for what is the granny besides "original Lady"
Okay there are two explanations I have for six being the lady. Either a. she is not THE lady but the NEXT lady, there is a picture of 5 ladies, and six would be the sixth. Or b. after dropping mono, the survivors guilt and overall lack of empathy, she thought of herself as a monster and that's all she could see herself as while being the lady. We know some mirrors in this world have powers, like the one used to kill the lady, and the one that disfigures the kids in the comics. I think the north wind knows this and with its power possibly taunts the lady by making her ugly so she is stressed, and or anxious, her description states the maw is the only place that makes sense so perhaps it is trying to destabilize the maw? And when it realizes that it won't work he makes a mirror that can kill the lady for six.

The hunter may be a mannequin himself. Think about it, he's covered head to toe so is in permanent darkness meaning he can move whenever and wherever he wants cos even if you shine the light on him, the clothing stops it getting through to him and therefore doesn't affect him. This is supported by the patient Mono kills as he or she is also covered up entirely, and is seemingly able to move even under the lights. This would also better explain why the hunter has spare mannequin parts at his house/shack in the attic.

Something I’ve noticed is that the three antagonists of the game are people that children would usually be scared of, a lot of children stories that involve hunters or the forest tend to portray the hunter as an intimidating or evil figure, a lot of teachers take advantage of their roles and abuse their students trust and many children are scared of going to the hospital or doctor as they represent either you or your loved ones being sick or hurt.
It’s possible that this game is portraying a normal situation that seems terrifying to a child’s eyes.
I feel like the game contradicts the silent aspect of the character as he was really the loudest in the game. Either way though I really love the lore and theories of this universe

I do think that we are just seeing through The Eyes considering We are playing q video game while LN2 seems more like a show and I believe that Eyes are just viewers so I don't thinks Eyes are the main villain in the story and I do think Pale city is not that important but a little bit more

Concept art for the other children is out and if we can connect some obvious dots such as the kid with one arm being the hunter and pig tails kid as the teacher. The girl with the pig tails always scratches the wall with a spoon as the teacher seems to do aswell with chalk. Chubby kid with a lollipop can possibly be the barber whom is not yet revealed (dlc maybe?) Just a theory though.

Theory: The reason the mannequins freeze in light is because it reminds them of the TV broadcast like how the viewers freeze in place.
I find it more likely it would be traumatic flashbacks to the operating lights while the doctor was doing his operation on the patients.
They all used to be human after all, and it would take some serious surgery to make them into what they are now...

Bruh they are not mannequins, they are human torsos and sometimes with a head with prosthetics. The things keeping the before this human is probably keeping the patient alive and they stop in light as it reminds them of the operating rooms harsh light. I beleve they are still alive but unaware.
First of all, don't take a theory as a fact, and second, as Nina Tote said, a human cannot live without a head. Personally, I think they are using most of their vital organs to keep the body living plus some dark magic (the lady's powers). I think the light is related to the doctor wanting them to stay still, so therefore they freeze when light is shined upon them.

My thoughts on the language within Little Nightmares 2…
The spoken language of the Pale City is incredibly difficult to make sense of, as it primarily consists of what most would consider gibberish. But it’s not.
The spoken language has rhythm, it has purpose, as all language does, which is to express thought and communicate.
This can be inferred from the various channels broadcasted throughout the Pale City, which can be heard and understood to some degree, whether it’s an urgent news report, advertisement for a product, a standup comedy skit, or a speech. All of that could be brought to mind from various aspects of our life and the world around us without having to completely understand the language.
Or… the spoken language could simply be incredibly distorted, as the Transmission that emits from the Signal Tower most often corrupts all aspects of life. This idea can be seen within the school.
While within the Pale City school, we come across a small group of porcelain children engaged in a game of jump-rope. While doing so, they begin to sing a song, though it’s incredibly difficult to understand, as the children do not appear to speak an actual language.
The song they are attempting to replicate is “Down in the Valley Where the Green Grass Grows” which is a jump-rope rhyme sung by English-speaking children, which originated from the late 19th century and continued into the early 20th century.
The written language seen on various advertisements within the Pale City vaguely resembles Hiragana, a form of syllabic writing used in Japan. Though despite this, the language within the Pale City is completely unique and cannot be deciphered.
Also, a fun little fact, the names of three porcelain children have been given. One male porcelain child is named Benny, while the other is named Truls. For the female porcelain child, her name is Jennifor. All three names originate from various regions within Europe.

I think the doctors vision has indeed been distorted by the eye, pun intended. The doctor like the rest of the characters in little nightmares were left behind to fulfill their duties, and even though the eye has transformed then into grotesque and deformed beings they still got a job to do. If you were near death and the only one who could save you was a one armed man would you let him operate on you to save your life or no?
What I've learnt from watching these theory videos is that,
Our reality could shape itself into something far more stranger such is the universe of little Nightmares. Where being a kid is pretty much a death sentence.
You know when I was 6 or 7 I got lost in a mall for 30 minutes and as a kid that was a traumatic experience. Like six and milo I encountered some very interesting things and people. I was lucky I didnt get kidnapped and was brought back to my mom by a kind stranger. But what if that didnt happen? That unfortunately happens in our world. Anyway I just wanna say I enjoy the videos and I absolutely love the lore of LN. Keep up the great work.

What if thin man is going around finding children to keep them from being corrupted by the tower, which is why we see the glitches? What if they aren't just glitches but the corruption that started to grow inside the kids and he just separates them?

My theory is that the Teacher, Hunter and Doctor might actually suffer from a trauma in their past.
The Hunter might have lost his family, which is why he has these three corpses in his livingroom, to get over said loss.
The Teacher is a little tricky, but what if she had been bullied by her students? I mean, why else would all of her students be bullies? (This one is the weakest)
And the Doctor might just have failed as a doctor. And now desperatly tries to "help" his "patients", even tho he is creating mindless zombies in that sense.

It’s probably that the ghost kid is the hunter, because they are both missing an arm, and maybe the kid lost his arm in a trap that either he set or someone else set. Not my theory but I’m just spreading thoughts and ideas.

If the teacher can turn kids into the doll things maybe she did that to the lollipop kid. I was thinking that the kid she was beating could have been him before becoming a doll child. You could even hear gasping for air which a real child would do.
I believe the doctor moves about on the ceiling because if he was on the ground the patients may attack or mob him, demanding to be treated first before the other patients arguing amongst them selves, but the doctor has other priorities and does not want distraction, but he needs them to continue his experiments.
Also the light freezing the patients seems reminiscent of old mental asylums and the old treatments they did around 1930s
What is "The Eye" exactly? Would love a video on it, the way you speak about it, it seems like a satient entity which is manipulating the pale city. But is it just the pale city? Where did it come from? So many questions
I still find it impossible for six to be the lady, Since six doesn’t seem to have much connection to the lady at all. The origins of six are shown in very little nightmares and she seems to have no connection with her. I think instead of thinking she is the lady maybe look at it a different way like maybe now that she has the lady’s power she has to take on a certain roll or will have to, separating the thoughts that she is the lady. I also find it weird how if the lady was six why she would at all try to fight herself as well as I find it interesting how six wasn’t born with the lady’s powers unlike how mono has always had the powers of thin man because he is him. I think that six being the lady is a stretch, but this is my opinion. Oh and one more thing if six was the lady why would she do all the things she does when six herself has been in-prisoned many times with how she was trapped in the nest, as well as by the hunter, and then by the bullies, by thin man,The list goes on. I find it interesting that after all this she would be the reason for it since the lady is most likely the mother of or in some sort of way related to the pretender. So if lady is six why would she make all this just for her younger self to go through it all over it’s also not confirmed that the game is a loop.

Yeah and where did Mono even come from?? We see him being spit out by a tv so he clearly knew he had powers from the start? Is he trying to find the pale city, being attracted to the tower?? Has he been wandering throughout the world, traveling by the televisions he finds? Like- six didn't have powers (that we know of) before she got taken and her and glitch six was separated. But it seems Mono always had his powers 🤔
My theory is that these painting were pictures of a family but due to the world being distorted, the family turned monstrous and so were the painting.

I have a theory. In the residence dlc, there are many shadow like children. Almost like the glitches. They disappear and dissolve when in light. The children are made by the Lady, and as you said, all of the main antagonists have the power to give life. So what if the “Life” given to them, is the dark magic of the lady. So what if the mannequins are made from the same magic as the shadow children, but not purely. They are made from a small bit of the magic, therefore they do not disappear when they are in light.

Perhaps there is no timeloop, and Mono just replaced the Thin Man, but didn't become him.
It makes sense, the tower needed a new powerful host, so when Six dropped Mono they turned him into their new host, it wouldn't be out of the question for the tower being to have the ability to change someone's appearance and clothing.
I think it flew by people's heads but Tarsier Studios said it was the final game of the series. Luckily, Bandai wants more content for the fans since both games were well received so a new studio will most likely be making a third installment.

I feel like they are showing what we look like, to outside species, whom tried to recreate humanity but caused a loop, the reason they grow so bug is because there powers make em grow HUGE, since they gain there powers from certain things, humans, food, signal towers, etc..
I believe that the pigtail girl's HEART is inside the patient.
After the doctor found her and locked her in a hospital room, he started planning his most important surgery yet. Having a child to use instead of adults augmented by the signal tower, this may be his best chance at creating real life. The way he cares for this patient, tracking its heart, frantically running to it as it dies, it all suggests that he transplanted her heart into that patient in a hope of creating a fully functioning human. The doctor doesn't think he's fixing these people. He's trying to bring them back from the dead! (Note the intact bodies in the morgue) The doctor knows he's failing, but he keeps on trying. He fails to bring them back over and over, discarding his failed attempts by shoving them into the dark depths of the hospital. This is why only some of the patients chase after us. It's because the moving ones were his closest attempts to life and yet, they still failed to be real people again. But soon, a child stumbles into the hospital, a child with a bearing heart! I think that the patient is roger. I think little nightmares 2 is a broken timeline, it’s a prequel but I think there’s more too it. The timeline is going forward, but things from the first game are in the second and visa versa. The patients face looks very similar to Rogers, aswell as the proportions, short legs, big head. The reason it has no long arms? When was the last time we saw roger? We cut his arms off. This happened after the second game, but again the timeline is distorted and broken. The thing that confirms this to me is the mask hanging up of Rogers face. There is t masks of any other bosses there, just him. But I don’t think that it’s intended for roger, in the first game you can clearly see he isn’t wearing a wooden mask, i think that the doctor makes replicas of his patients faces to study on his pursuit to make the perfect human. That’s why he has masks of people from the maw, perhaps the ones that survived came to him because they were sick from eating that much? It could be any reason, but I think that he uses them to try and construct a “perfect face”. Also, when you cut his arms off in the first game, there is no blood or gore, it barely looks like flesh, more like rubber, this could be the prosthetics the doctor gave him, perhaps the doctor gave him long arms because he was short and blind, as they would help him in catching children. This would mean that when you see him on the first game, you have already cut his arms off, you have already turned off his life support, but it is the first time you have seen him. I think this really adds something more to the game, and I would love to hear anyone else’s theory’s.
