@@immokaufspanien not that reclusion, I can manage in a village with 25 habitants, not in the woods, I saw I lot of video on UA-cam about people restauring ruins in the middle of nowhere, and a lots vlog real estate which whom are not real estate agent, nor are willing to buy anything in portugal, apart only they recommend others. Another video the are selling about 400 acres of land, 400 acres of land means a village, I really think its an exodus from rural place.

Häuser in dieser Größenordnung hab ich schon zu Hunderten entdeckt. Ohne Hausnr. schreckt mich zunächst ab.
Ohne Hausnummer findet man bei (fast) allen Landhäusern, die nicht in einem Wohngebiet liegen. Das ist kein Grund sich abschrecken zu lassen 😊

Im Hinterland gibt es genug solche billigen Häuser. Für Künstler ist das bestimmt ideal.
