    Ingredients
    1.Wheat Rava-1cup
    2. Jaggery/sugar-1cup(to taste)
    3. water-4cups
    4. Ghee-1tbs
    5. Dry Fruits
    6. cardamom powder-1/4tsp
    Instructions:
    1. Preparing the Ingredients:
Before you start cooking, it's essential to have all your ingredients ready:
. Measure 1 cup of wheat rava (also known as dalia or broken wheat).
. Measure 1 cup of jaggery or sugar according to your sweetness preference.
. Gather 4 cups of water.
. Have 1 tablespoon of ghee ready.
. Get a handful of assorted dry fruits (cashews, almonds, and raisins work well).
. Crush 4-5 cardamom pods to make 1/4 teaspoon of cardamom powder.
    Roasting the Wheat Rava:
Place a heavy-bottomed pan or kadai on medium heat and add the wheat rava.
Dry roast the wheat rava while continuously stirring it. Roast it until you can smell a nutty aroma and the rava turns slightly golden brown. This should take around 5-7 minutes. Ensure you don't over-roast as it can affect the taste.
    Adding Ghee and Flavor:
In a separate small pan, heat 1 tablespoon of ghee.
Add the assorted dry fruits (cashews, almonds, and raisins) to the ghee.
Fry them until they turn golden brown, and the raisins plump up.
Remove the fried dry fruits from the ghee and set them aside.
    Cooking and Flavoring the Halwa:
In a separate pan, heat 4 cups of water and bring it to a boil.
Continue to cook the rava in the sugar syrup mixture on low to medium heat.
Keep stirring continuously to avoid lumps and ensure even cooking.
As the mixture thickens, add the cardamom powder for flavor.
Keep cooking until the halwa reaches a thick and glossy consistency. It should leave the sides of the pan and come together as a mass.
    Garnishing and Serving:
Finally, add the fried dry fruits and ghee from step 5 to the halwa.
Mix them well to distribute evenly.
Turn off the heat and let the halwa sit for a minute or two to set.
Serve warm in individual bowls or as desired.
