Fr I didn’t know that not all priests can give confession. Thank you for this talk , it helps me to explain more to people I know asking that question. I know of Jesus saying to St. Peter about what you bind on earth....but there still a lot more about it.. thank you

Yung mga may mortal na kasalanan po need muna magkumpisal para di po magkasala lalo. Mabigat din pong kasalanan yung magkomunyon ng di nagkukumpisal ng mga kasalanan lalo na mga mabibigat na pagkakasala.
