I've been like you, really good with my exercise routine but maybe not so good with food. It's 20 weeks till we are in Orlando so like you my plan is to get better with having healthier foods. I'm pleased I'm being really good with my exercising so trying not to get too bummed about the food stuff.

They crack me up bringing me gifts and each showing their personalities. It's truly the best. It's also funny... sometimes when Mike gets home from hockey late at night, they're too tired to even get up. He walks in and they just look at him like: "Oh. Hey?" haha. Yessss. We've got this! I wish it were easier to just work out and not also have to worry so much about tracking diet, but such is not my life. LOL

My favorite make up is from 100% pure. It’s all plant-based. I love knowing I’m not putting chemicals on my face. Have you ever thought about doing the home delivery box purple carrot it’s vegan, but it has some very healthy yummy recipes.
okay, doing my research to look into that! And yes - I've looked into purple carrot before, but just never tried it! Right now we're in love with this Chef Ami box, but if they fail me over time... we'll have to give them a go.

Random comment, but I've had those dark chocolate honey graham's before. And they're so good! Also loved the clip of the pups when you came home, especially Foster 😂

I'd been considering trying Chef Ami not too long ago, so I really appreciate hearing your feedback on how good the recipes are! I've been trying FitExMeals for a couple months now and am already tired of the same recipe rotation. Also huge congrats to you on your dedication to your Fit for the Fog routine, that's such incredible work and dedication! Not sure what skin type you are, but as someone with oily skin, I highly recommend giving Hourglass's liquid foundation (carried at Sephora) a shot. I pair it with their Veil primer, or Nyx's Angel Veil primer (carried at Target), and not only is the coverage light and buildable, I've been approached several times after a full spin class to be told how great my makeup still looks. It's definitely pricey, but a bottle lasts me at least 6 months, and I use it just about every day. Also, just to throw it out there, Dr. Jart+ CicapairTiger Grass Color Correcting Treatment (also carried at Sephora) is really awesome for neutralizing redness on the face, plus it's SPF 30!
YES! We have LOVED everything from Chef Ami so far. Highly recommend trying them! And thank you so much for the encouragement for Fit for the Fog. I've stuck with the fitness part and I'm proud! I'd say my skin is pretty normal - not oily, but not really dry either - maybe because I moisturize a lot though. I will do some research!
They boys are trying to show you how cool they are and all the fun you missed so you never leave them again 😅😊😅

Foundation Recommendations: For everyday I use or running out to do errands Australian gold botanical sunscreen, tinted face, broad spectrum SPF 50.
The other foundation I use when I actually have time to do a full face and I like because it’s not so full coverage for me is Maybelline Fit Me dewy + smooth also has sunscreen SPF 15

They crack me up with the full show-and-tell session when I get back. Love them! I've been using the Erin Condren planners for years now. Mainly because that's the planner people most often design stickers for, and I love using the stickers. It's part of my zen each week!
I saw your question so I talk about the nails in next week's vlog, but it's called Dashing Diva - Glaze nails! They have other varieties too, but the glaze is what I'm using. Thank you for the foundation recommendation! I'll be doing my research!

I use the it cosmetics foundation. Has spf in it already and feels light on the skin 😊
Nice! I will look into it! My lotion has SPF, so I'm generally not concerned with that... but I'll take all the SPF. lol

Hey Liz, I just watched a beauty UA-camr who said the new Elf Soft Glam Satin Foundation is similar to the Urban Decay Naked Foundation (the original, not the Stay Naked), in case you're still looking for a good replacement :)

I like the covergirl used it before and used the whole bottle that's how I knew I liked it u used to wear full cover yuck can't do it now now I've been using the wet n wild tinted hydrator and I love it
Nice! Yeah, full coverage just is NOT for me. I'm fortunate to have decent skin these days, so I don't feel the need to fully cover it. Thanks for the recommendation!
