Hey sis, Ive got a brother thats got severe eczema and ik exactly how you feel. When we took him to the doctors they said he should avoid to eat any dairy prouducts such as cheese, milk youghurt etc which causes inflammation and flares up, which basically makes the eczema more effective. They also recommended him this eczema cream and ointment however thats bullshit over the yrs that didnt work the only thing we saw actually working was his change of diet of eating alot more fruits vegetables etc and cutting down on the diary!!! InshaAllah this little piece of information helps sis x
