I have sort of the same problem with my tummy. It sucks, but its important to think of good stuff that u have managed to do, and not get hung up on that you didn´t make it to dinner. The more anxious you get over it the worse it gets. Love your videos/vlogs! Hope you feel better x
I’ve got acid reflux and mine is so bad I’m on the highest medication! It’s so annoying literally! hope your okay now anyways love you💙💙💙

Hope you're not too sad for not attending the dinner. At least you went there! Sometimes that's more than enough. That's really, truly an achievement on it's own. Look forward to next time. I have acid reflux and gastritis so I know what you're going through. Sometimes I go out and think I'll be fine and then I feel in so much pain but also I get quite nauseous.

Awh you should really get that acid reflux checked... I have the same problem if left to it can really damage your stomach lining. The medicine you can take is so helpful. Any stress or nerves really makes mine flare up too.. take care

I watched about 10 mins of your video earlier, went out and finished watching it now :) - i know you probs feel abit down or did at the time because you missed dinner but just think.. You actually did it, you went to your first ever UA-cam event and you kind of know what to expect now, one step at a time :) I suffer from anxiety and I haven't been anywhere on my own in 3 years but I'll get there one day😘 be proud of yourself :') xx

I'm pretty sure the ring with the knot symbolises a friendship knot (friendship lasts forever kinda thing) 💗
I cannot remember what they're called but could you get one of those remotes that you can use to take a photo? Like it links to your camera and it is a tiny remote with a button. It may not sort out the focus but it'll save the hassle of filming, and getting the freeze frames.

She doesn’t just have a provisional she’s passed her test lol, motorways are scary as to drive on, I don’t go on them unless I have someone with me

Acid reflux sucks so bad and it gets the worst at the most inconvenient times. Do you have much stuff like gaviscon and omperazole and things to take to reduce the acid? Maybe you can take some as a preventative especially when you are in a potentially stressful anxious situation. I take extra when I’m going out or for dinner because even if I eat the same stuff at home with no problems, if I do it in public it makes me ill. Good luck with it xx
I take Gaviscon and that usually helps unless its really bad! I was put on Omeprazole once before and that worked so well but after a month of taking it it gradually wore off & stopped working :/ so strange.. so i stopped taking it!

That’s frustrating I think there is a stronger one to take but maybe (if you haven’t already) you might need investigations in case you have a hernia or something that is causing your acid. Hernia aren’t terrible but they are annoying. I hate gaviscon so much but sometimes it the only thing. I als found with omeprazole that it depended how I took it ; like if I only took it at night it didn’t work but if I took 20mg in the morning at 20mg at night it worked better than 40mg in one go. I’ve been given peppermint capsules to take before every meal as well. Regardless some food still trigger me like bread and pastry but I don’t get woken up with pain. It’s terrible how awful it makes you feel though. I hope your go can help because I and my husband both with this issue get a bit anxious on occasion about being out and eating for fear of triggering the acid and no one needs that in the back of their minds.
My food dr got me to try FODMAP diet which you could look into to find if it’s a trigger food.
Anyway sorry if I am teaching you to suck eggs, I just feel for anyone suffering when I know what it’s like.

Herefordshire!!! That's is where I am from. ❤️ Such a beautiful part of the world. I was so lucky to have grown up there. It looks as if you stayed close to Ledbury as I recognised the roads. 😊 but the city of Hereford has had some redevelopment over the past 3 years which is worth checking out. 😃
