That instrument is called "Tar". a traditional iranian instrument. The amzing fact about Tar is that it's sometimes used to cure headaches

The best time is all time except winter; however, the southeast of Iran is perfect in winter. Thus, Iran is perfect and amazing all-time in all seasons. I hope you have an interesting time in Iran and spend some time in Esfahan, Yazd, Shiraz, Tabriz, Hormozgan, and Tehran, Iran's capital. It must be added that all cities have their own spectacular culture and places. At the final, I should say that Iran is an extremely different place than you watch on social media.

Hi guys...great video...loved to hear your views on Iran...on 6:40 that instrument is called "Tar" (pronounced like asphalt tar), its one of the earliest string instruments and it is the parent of many other instruments like Se-tar, Si-tar, Tanbur (which i play, its a very beautiful instrument) and many others

In terms of geographical location I should add that
Iran is a 4 season country and there are various climates in different parts of country
North of Iran is like England ( Mostly rainy and forests
West and North west of Iran have many mountains and have really cold and freezing winters
Some central parts are neither so cold nor hot like Tehran , Hamedan
East , south and some central parts are dry and hot
"Different layers", this was the best description I have ever heard about Iran.
Guys! You need at least one month to see the minimum of things you might want to see and experience in Iran.
At almost every day of the year you can find every kind of weather depending on how north or south you are located at that moment
