I bought this device. I am little confused to if I should use athlete mode or not. There is no way my body fat percentage is that much in normal mode since I can see 4 pack clearly and lower abs very lightly in top light. But athlete mode fat percentage make sense. But I am not athlete. Since last two years I gained lot Weight due to work from home. But since last 5 months, I am doing high intensity cardio, hiit, vr boxing 6 days a week 40 to 60 minutes per day and lost 15 kg in 5 months. I am still doing same home workouts so please tell me if I should use athlete mode or normal mode.

Each time it's showing deferent deferent numbers when i check weight. Just right after if i check again🤦
