Yes if the music doesnt belong to you or has a copyright in place then yes all the income goes to the rightful owner.. even if you put music on half your video, the whole video income goes to music owner... if you want add music then go on youtube type non copyright music an pick an use i hope this helps.... i use all type of music i just want my content to look WOW
