  • Good morning. welder jin.
The theme of this video is welding and welding of Sunnytari pipes.
    Have fun and subscribe.
It is a motivation to make a new video.
First of all, the tungsten rod should be sharp.
The arc is concentrated in one place so that Tech welding works well.
Ceramic nozzle is not important for Tech welding.
The voltage is 80 amps, so the heat is not transmitted to the opposite side when Tech welding.
    Set with one touch.
Place the center of the short pipe gap.
Tungsten rods should be pulled out short.
As the tungsten angle approaches 0 °, the arc concentrates in one place.
    The alignment will fit well.
It's the fundamentals of every pipe piteop.
    Not right.
Clean up the cross section with diamond Yasuri
    This time, let's correctly.
After all, it's better to stand up. (Gravity)
    Let's observe
Note that if you do Tech welding at 6 o'clock, the next Tech welding position will be at 12 o'clock on the other side.
Do tech welding with zigzag because the pipe gap should not open.
    It's like this.
    Ceramic No. 6 Diameter (15mm)
    Tungsten rod (2.4 pie)
    Tungsten Rod Extrusion Length (5mm)
    4 "We start welding Sunnytari.
Welding voltage was set to 80-90.
You should arc start and watch the molten pool.
Do not start weaving right away, but wait for the melt to melt and the backside beads to form.
Why not start at the first start point?
    Did you solve the question?
We make a cabinet with regular weaving.
It was edited at twice the speed to get rid of boredom.
    Please understand and watch.
Sunnytari welding is characterized by welding without solvent
    It is a killer welding.
Because we do not give a root gap but
The molten water that makes the molten pool may have convex beads or concave beads under the pressure of purging.
The purge pressure welding process is very important.
If the purging pressure is strong, push it out
If the purging pressure is weak, it will be affected by gravity and sink at 12 o'clock and convex at 6 o'clock.
The reason for narrowing the width of the widget is butt welding without improvement, and there is no reason to widen it.
This is to increase the thermal conductivity.
It is a method of welding while maintaining the liquefied water delivered to the backside beads.
Since writing a lot of wrist Welding
It is desirable to perform welding with the least amount of force.
Also, there is a pipe gap during welding
It is very difficult to find a weld seam.
You will have to move your head often so that you don't miss the weld line and concentrate.
It is recommended to start 20mm behind when welding the other side.
Because it's a preheating concept, to make a natural connection with the backside beads that we created.
Look at the paper tape side.
    The red light seemed naneunge.
It feels like a backside bead is created.
    Let's observe
    Thank you for watching.
    Challenge with new welding video.

    • @jdtracing6502
      @jdtracing6502 4 роки тому

What kind of Everlast do you have? I have the 210 EXT which I am very happy with. Everlast makes an affordable machine that is super reliable and easy to use. The only thing I would recommend doing is upgrading to a CK torch with a flexible head and maybe some larger cups from Furick or GLS Fab. They are not expensive and make a world of difference. Also If you are welding stainless, backpurging is a must. I have figured out how to make a really nice back purging setup for a very cheap price. Send me a private message if you want the details as I don't want everyone knowing my secret!

Inert Atmosphere Purge Cam! I was going to suggest this, and it already happened. This is pretty advanced thinking for welding videos. There are tiny inspection cameras now, I wanted to see one stuck into the purge chamber.... and there it is! With no gap and no filler, this is very demanding. This used to be called "Autogenous" welding, where there is only the base material and no filler. If a machine does this people say "Orbital Welding", which sounds more exciting than it is. Clearly what we're seeing here is orbital welding, but done by a craftsman instead of by a special device.

    • @welderjin
      @welderjin  4 роки тому

Thank you for good advice. Auto welding also exists in Korea, and orbital welding is underway in the world's No. 1 offshore plant. This video is about sanitary pipe welding-senitari, and there is a mistake because it is manual welding. Thank you for the advice.
