Could either of these knives double as a paring knife ? I'm looking for a folder that is slicey enough to peel fruit etc. Thanks for the review - very useful.
I have the drop point version; it's a nice knife. Ruike comes very close to greatness with many of their knives. They need to pay attention to some small details to be in league with Kizer, etc.
I don't have either of them but the Wharny looks really good. What a fun knife that probably is. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.
