- Hexarium is a lovely game about creating efficient road networks, and if there's one thing we're good at in The Geek Cupboard it's building efficient road networks! ... oh no.
The idea is simple; build roads between hexes to move good from one building that supplies them to another that requires them. We have a number of different road tiles, all with various shapes and corners and junctions on them.
Early on it's quite simple but as time passes more and more buildings appear on the map that need to be connected to the road network. Different coloured buildings require different resources so we have to make sure we're connecting the right buildings up in the best way!
We have some tools to help us, such as rerolls to reroll the road tiles we have, bridges to cross water and towers to create an underground connection between two points on a map.
However as the game progresses the demands of certain buildings increase and our resources are spread thinner and thinner...

Well not really time limits, I got that wrong at the start. That's a countdown until the next reward type thing. Really the only limit is to meet the demands of the needy buildings!
That was a very good increase from one level to the next. I did enjoy this... but I usually enjoy whatever you present.
