I love when people use the 10 or 15 square-foot rule for mold because they literally pulled it out of their ass. It’s nowhere in the s520.

I am currently renting a house. I’ve felt like I’ve been getting sick from mold after we had a water pipe break so I got an ERMI test done because the landlord wouldn’t get back to me. The army score was 7.8 and showed some aspergillus and other harmful molds. How can I get the landlord to pay for mold remediation? It wasn’t our fault that multiple water pipes broke in our property.

Good luck. We had to move. Our own renter's insurance wouldn't cover it. Said landlord should.
