    Tried this. The final result looks drier than shown in the video. Will the oils get released over a few days?

    How long can we preserve this ? Should I only keep in the fridge or it should be sun_ dried? Please clarify...I tried many pickles but on the 5th day I can see white fungus...I really want to do it perfectly this time.

      stays good for a couple of weeks. No need to sun dry. Use more oil while cooking and use only dry spoons to avoid getting fungus. You can also refrigerate and keep a small batch outside.
