Scones are easiest to make in a food processor, but since it's summer, the butter melts too quickly!
So today I tried frozen raw parmesan cheese scones.
Just make a light, thick yellow cheese cream, mix it into the scones, refrigerate it, and you’re done!

▶Ingredients
★Mold size Ø105 X h65 mm★
240g Scone dough
200g Whipped cream
50g Mascarpone cheese
30g Sugar
25g Yellow cheese powder
10g Parmesan cheese powder
▶How to make
1. Thaw frozen raw fish at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
2. Bake in a preheated oven at 170℃ (338℉) for about 25 minutes.
3. Mix the mascarpone cheese, sugar, yellow cheese powder, and Parmesan cheese powder well.
4. Add whipped cream and mix with a hand mixer to make a soft cream.
5. Cut the scones into bite-sized pieces and mix them with the cream from step 4.
6. Put the mixture from step 5 in a cup and refrigerate it for about 1 hour.
7. You can add toppings before tasting.
